Wow where do i even begin, the website is almost comically bad, glitchy and just a horrible interface to use. the customer service is probably one of the worst and least helpful imaginable they will do absolutely everything to try and get every penny out of you and will make it impossible to get any money back i cannot stress enough how much you must avoid this service

I've been stuck using Yaballe.com for over a year now, and to say it's been frustrating would be an understatement. The platform is riddled with problems that make it more of a headache than a help. Firstly, their tracking system is a complete joke. Orders often don't have tracking information added automatically, forcing you to waste time doing it manually. And don't even bother trying to get timely help from customer service – their response times are painfully slow, if they respond at all. On top of that, tracking information isn't converted on time, leaving you in the dark about your orders' statuses.My top seller badge on ebay has been lowered because of them 2 time . For a service that charges a monthly subscription, you'd think they'd have the basics down. But no, they make you purchase tracking add-ons separately, adding insult to injury. Speaking of charges, they slap on a 1-2% fee just to add balance, which is utterly ridiculous. And the most infuriating part? They charge an additional 8% for some vague " tax exemption" which is charged on all order when you cantact they say its not under their control that they never bother to explain. It's a blatant money grab. Yaballe.com is a prime example of how not to run a service. With their constant tracking issues, delayed responses, and unjustified extra charges, using their platform feels like being constantly nickel-and-dimed for a subpar experience. Avoid it if you can. Just don’t ask me for ticket as there are multiple ticket that are unsolved - like “Restricted account , Tax exemption , Returns and multiple issue” Almost 9-10% you deduct from seller on deposits can you explain this and not even a single order is tax exempted can you explain this ?

This isn't a company, it is a scam. I reached out to them twice via email to cancel my subscription in April of 2023 with no response. So I kept getting billed and then sent two follow-up emails with no response. Then I get a response and they said it is my responsibility to cancel inside their members area. So I did that, and THEY STILL KEPT CHARGING ME. Scammers. Buyers beware. I ended up having to cancel my card so they could not charge it anymore. Worst customer experience in my life. Stay away.

I joined this company about 6 months ago, after my trial period expired I did not renew it and informed them that I don't intend to continue as their software is not helpful at all and they charge a significant amount of money. I told them many times to cancel my subscription but they continue to charge me. If this is not scamming then what it is?

I NEVER WRITE REVIEW IN MY LIFE BUT I AM SO PISSED. DO NOT USE YABALLE!! YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF MONEY. I PAID ALMOST 1K AT THE FIRST MONTH AND THE SOFTWARE NOT WORKING AND ASKED FOR REFUND AND NO REFUND AT ALL! I STILL GOT ALMOST $500 CREDIT ON THE ACCOUNT WITH NO REFUND!! DO NOT JOIN YABALLE.

Very bad customer service. Software is very bad. It's showing instock item as out of stock. Can not recommend.

Yallabe does not deserve any Star rating honestly. There customer support is the worst customer support I have experienced. The issue stated that Yallabe wanted to withdraw $2000 from my account without informing me and they get blocked. I emailed Yallabe with the receipt attached as a proof, but did not border to reply my email. After that, I started having issues with Yallabe. I emailed 4 to 5 times a day, but never got the real answer they sent me the same message everything asking to explain what the issue is and how they can help. I replied the email and attached every receipts they could possibly ask for! They will not reply until I email them again and it has been going on for weeks at that time I have 30 orders awaiting to be fulfilled by Yallabe managed account. The same credit card payment that I used to purchase the software that was accepted is now not accepted by Yallabe. Because that I was unable to upload Balance into the Credit Balance inorder for my products to be fulfilled. As I am writing this review, Yallabe has blocked me from there software with more than 30 to 40 products ordered. This has affected My business that I have to refound the customers..and I am re receiving many emails a day from eBay to resolve the issues. Yallabe needs to improve there customer support. And secondly, not to withdraw from customer account with informing the customer.
