TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a gardening kneeling bench with tool bag. I received the tool pouch that hangs on the side of the bench but did not receive the bench. I've emailed back and forth several times with someone from the company. They claim they shipped the product as advertised but they didn't as they only sent the tool pouch without the bench. I guess I just paid $23 for a tool pouch with nothing to attach it to! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
