This companies business model is based on scamming people. I ordered a tool in April, was given BOGUS tracking number. Box arrived in July, 4 months later. Just a box! It was empty, no tool, just air. "Customer Service" wanted pictures of item, packing slip, pay pal transaction, order # etc to help process. Whatever, told them there was nothing to photograph because it was AIR! They offered 50% refund. Return address on empty box was a gas station in Georgia. These people are criminals and will take your money.

I ordered two chairs with a canopy. They sent me the bags that the chairs would go in. Then offered a 60 percent refund. I reported them to the BBB. Probably nothing will happen. It's almost laughable how they get away with this crap.

SCAM !!!! SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY i order a modular sup and after long 3 weeks i only got a head of an oar (the plastic part) i send them an email complain they didn't answer it and they didn't refund my money

Absolute scam. I ordered a cat teepee from them and received a piece of torn fabric. Then they would only offer a 50% refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered the chairs with the canopy and I never received them and now they want to return 50% of my money for what I paid full price and never any product. If any of you read this review please I beg you this company is not fair do not purchase any product from them. I do believe it is the same company and I ordered a pump offer them for $29 and some change they sent me a nozzle no pomp no power cord just a nozzle. Then to make matters worse they give you a tracking number that it invalid and they were in the United States you can even track it here. Take this as a warning to not purchase products from this company. If you do you're taking a big risk and hope you have money to lose

100000000% a SCAM! Had to report them to the FBI in order to get my money back from Paypal. They charged me for 2 smart cutting boards, what i got was 2 pieces of plywood. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Misguiding information on products, also customer service pleasant, but you have to wait to hear from them in a week's time. No refunds for misguided product info. Don't order from this place. I saw this ad on tik tok, and i will never again order.

They have not posted my original order. I originally ordered a firewood kindling splitter. They included a wire saw in the order, which I had no need for. Now all that I have received is the wire saw, and not the firewood kindling splitter that I originally order. Terrible customer service. Have been trying to resolve with them for over 2 months.
