Absolutely terrible, made an order, then nothing happened, never got what I paid for, no communication went to live chat first got an excuse the site was down, then they said no stock, asked for refund was just bluntly told to "be patient", Avoid at all costs, going to file a Paypal claim.

It seems that there are a lot of positive reviews, but don't fall for it, they give 5% discount for a positive review, so that's quite manipulating and unfair! Ordered coins around 22:00 last evening... It would be ready at 23:00.. still no coins.. Contacted again... would be 00:00... no coins! Live support again... 1:10 was the new time... then I fell asleep, they transferred 1mil coins.. I woke up and I couldn't directly buy a player from the coins (you should directly invest in players if you buy coins, ea will sometimes delete all ur coins). And therefor all of the million coins are gone. And they seem completly not intereseted in helping me

They started great and then they stole my money and claimed they had already purchased my player. After trying to resolve the issues with them directly, they became very argumentative and refused to assist. The result is the beginning of a lengthy PayPal dispute.

Selling stolen accounts. Had my ps4 banned because of them! they didn't even help and didn't give me all the points i purchased!! Never again

I ordered a 12 k point account i waited for 4 days And then when i finally got THE account i opened THE packs And everything And a hour later or so i wanted to transfer THE coins over and then THE coins got deleted And when i wanted to contacted them they Said iT was My fault but iT says that i have a 6 hour warranty And refuse to give anything back

Scammers. I bought the coins at a very cheap price and they gave many excuse to why they cannot deliver until they contact me back saying price hike so cannot give that amount that I have bought before and offer refund. Total douchebag!

they will take your money, then change the price on you, and refuse to give you the full amount you paid for. it took more than two weeks to get a refund

I bought 200k coins for FIFA 17 Xbox. I put multiple players to equal 200k. I only received 125k. I still have a player for sell which is Ciro immobile for 75,000. I contacted xtmmo more then 5 times and told me the order is complete. They cheated me and never gave me my reminder 75k. Straight up thieves. Anybody out there that can help please fix this it would be nice.
