They offered 100% security, my coins got deleted, and the support agent named "Jay" was like speaking to a 6 year old. No respect, no understanding of the situatin. For bad companies like this does paypal have a refund button:)

Waste of time, Took more than 2 hours to be done. I logged in one hour after it was finished and everything was gone with an account warning. If you can't do it safely, there's no point! Paid money to have even less coins than before.

They kept telling me I'd get my coins in an hour and I never got them and then tried to talk to them on the live chat and they wouldn't they kept ending the conversation....

They are the worst of all coin sellers. First they take your money and tell you it will only take a few hours and hours turn in multiple hours, before you know it, they don't even bother sending you the god damn coins. Their customer service is full of liars. Bought 97000 coins. which is extremely low . They failed to deliver that amount, now imagine people buying more coins than that. If you are trying to get coins, get them some other place, this is one place am never visiting again. Am hoping the refund goes through, i will update this if they actually refund me my actual amount.

I paid 26$ for 4.5 million coins. They ended up running out of coins before my purchase. Rather then telling me the truth they kept lying and saying that there were problems with their servers. After 5 days of waiting I contacted customer service through a different email address, they told me that they had coins in stock and I could sell my player whenever I was ready. When I told them I bought 4.5 mill 5 days ago they then said I can only get 1.5 mill for the amount I spent. Problem is I paid for 4.5 not 1.5.....dont ever use this service. They lie and scam people!!

Xtmmo bad I bought an fifa mobile comfort trade and the said they will deliver the coins today they didnt I contacted live chat and they said I have to wait longer and wait for my mail still didnt got one and now the ingorne me on mail and live chat since I never got my coins K can say they started scamming I guess made 200$ of orders never got scammes now they did I whas famous in mobile of fifa so if I dont get my coins I will let this still here by xtmmo

Unacceptable, received email at 4:27am that coins were delivered, logged on at 5:15am to check and all he coins were wiped clean due to ea. Checked their policy and saw that they state that after six hours it's not their fault. Went to live chat "MoMo" said that after 6 hours they are not held accountable and wouldn't respond at all. Last time I checked, 4:27-5:15 is not even close to 6 hours. Overall terrible experience so far, would advise viewing other companies first and using this one as a last resort.

I purchased 100 dollars worth of coins and the second i got on the server, it said ive been wiped out coins because of trading. I go on live chat with them and three of their representatives (MoMo, Jay and Service) abandoned me saying they couldn't refund or compensate. Pathetic scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.-
