Unprofessional. I sold them mt for 2k19 they promised payment within 24 hours. They didn't tell me it would take that long till after I already sold them the coins. Most other sites I've sold to make payment instantly to minutes at most. It's been over 24 hours and when I asked when they will send payment they only replied will pay you later. Never dealt with them before but I doubt I will again still waiting for payment hoping I'm not scammed. Edit. So it's now been just shy of 72 hours still nothing. I keep getting told their Finance guy isn't in or that they'll get him right on it if they answer at all. I tired calling. That number doesn't work. I tried emailing the "manager" email. No response. This company appears legit from what I can tell to buy from but good luck getting paid if you sell to them. After this experience would never use them for anything ever again.

Takes too long. My first purchase I waited 30 minutes. Nothing. So I contacted them. They said is takes 3/4 hours. I said ok..... an hour later. It arrived.... To the second purchase. I wait 3/5 hours first. Nothing. So I contacted them. Again they said I have to wait 3/4 hours...... I tried to be patient. Then it ended up taking longer than what they said..... My third and fourth purchase were the same. I waited the few hours before contacting them but same. They said I have to wait another 3/4 hours.... So that’s 3/4 I first waited plus 3/4 hours they said I have to wait... You do the math.... So is it a 3/4 hours wait before OR After u contact them. Fast forward to update/patch. Nothing changed. Long story short. I purchased and waited...... I canceled right when my items time was up (which is 24 HOURS). I was trying to b patient once again so I made a purchase again after that. So far. Ive been contacting them every 2/3 hours and what do they say? In 3 hours.... Same response.... And right now I’m currently waiting for this order. My item has 6 hours left. I hoped it would come over night but once again. Nothing. Same excuse.

My little brother used this site to try and get more Steel in For Honor. He even asked - bless him - whether it would work for Xbox One versions of the game, as the site had options for PC games only. He got a confirmation email very quickly that they had completed the transaction, but when he logged on he had the same amount of Steel in his account as when he started. He told me, and I got in contact - initially 'Gina' was very helpful, but after a long wait just said the order had been completed, and that was it. No further offers of help - of a refund, or an explanation. Thankfully, my brother used my PayPal account, and bought the cheapest pack as a 'test run'. However, it appears for all intents and purposes that this is a SCAM, and I would assume all the good reviews are fakes. I would be happy to be proven otherwise.

19 hours after ordering mesos, no sign of mesos. Avoid this company update: almost 48 hours and still no mesos

Been waiting on delivery for over a day. Asked for a refund and they avoided me and said order was already complete. HORRIBLE SITE. DO NOT BUY AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

worst service ever took them 5 hours to deliver some coins i wouldn't shop there if i was you and the customer service feels like a AI they barely know anything. i was told just because they dont have enough order and not enough customers they can't deliver my coins. this is outrages

This company did everything possible to put off paying out with the coins, very poor service. Trying to say they never had any of my emails and then they tried everything to delay the process. Took 16 hours to finally get my order not he 30-60 minutes they claim.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bought £20 worth of Fifa coins off them, after a day I emailed asking what has happening because I had heard nothing only to get the reply they hadn't received any money even after providing them with proof showing the transaction had gone through they still say they have received no money but funnily enough I've lost £20 from my account. Clearly just a scam website stay away don't waste your money
