They are scammers they tell you to wait and never pay they don't even want to refund my money they told me don't worry about it

A bunch of scammers and liars. They promised me 1-2 hour delivery, and that was 6 days ago... Just save yourself from the trouble, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I HOPE THEY DON'T MAKE MONEY AT ALL AND GO BANKRUPT.

Ok, I reviewed this site as 5 stars but I changed my mind because they scammed my friend and I now know how they work. At first my friend bought the Steel credits for For Honor and everything was good so he told me about the website and I bought on it steel credits too and everything was good but then my friend bought steel credits again from them and this time they didn't give him the credits, he waited for 1 hour for the credits then he asked the support why didn't the credits came and they said that there is a meeting and that delivery is delayed so he needs to waite 2-3 hours, he waited and credits didn't come then he asked support again and they said that it is delayed and that he needs to wait 5 more hours and he waited and credits didn't come so he asked support again and they said that there is a delay, and he waited and asked support again and they said that there is a delay but then he wanted a refund and they told him that it is not their problem and that he should ask ubisoft and they were very uncooperative and were talking very rude to him. Don't buy anything on this website, at first time they are going to deliver your things so they act like they are a good website but second time they are just going to say that there has been a delay, this website is a scam and if u want to refund they are not going to do that so you are going to need to call the bank cuz they are not going to do that for you. They are first going to act nice but second time you are ordering they will scam you.

I went on livechat to ask what the ETA of Fifa 19 coins (PS4) was, someone called "Jenny" said 10 mins. So i ordered 90k as a start, i really wanted to buy 500k+, but 90k was ok for the first trade. After 10 mins, i asked "jenny" again, and now the ETA was unknown -> several hours - for only 90k. Giving up tons of excuses and explanations. Now ive asked for a refund, and that alone takes 24 hours. Cant recommend this site.

Ordered a 36€ SMITE gem pack and 3d after, they told me that they aren't able to charge the game and asked me if I wanted to trade it for R6 or For Honor credits. Since I don´t play either of these games, I asked for a refund. Odly enouph, they told me they couldn't refund me since my method of payment was G2A Pay. I was forced to contact G2A Costumer Support which was extremely helpful (props to them for their help). They said they WOULD refund me if they had XTMMO permission to do so (since they were a 3rd party with no correlation to their payment method). Of course, I contacted XTMMO again forwarding G2A's response. All of this in the course of over a week. Got absolutely no reponse from the company despite my constant e-mails. So there you go fellow readers. Lost 36€ on a payment of absolutely nothing. To resume all of this: Don´t ever buy from XTMMO, get yourself some other supplier.

Bought Maple Story M Mesos from them. Previous transactions are smooth although they can take quite some time. Placed an order yesterday with the price already indicated and receive a confirmation order. They tried to do some "ping pong" and delay.. today price of mesos changed and told me cannot deliver. W.T.F? HELLO. I ordered ytd based on your website price and received the confirmation order, meaning you already acknowledge it and should honour the agreement.. i have waited for more than a day. Instead, they will just delay until everything and in the end. Can't deliver because the price has risen. who's causing the hiccups? I believe the answer is pretty obvious. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NON ACCEPTABLE. BUY AT OWN RISK
