I made a purchase 10 hours ago. I contacted the representative within the first hour when I didn't receive my coins in 10 minutes like they advertised. They said there was a system error that should get fixed in 7-8 hours. It's been past that 7-8 hours. I contacted the company again and again, it's a system error. I told them I have a chat transcript from their representative that stated I will get a refund of I do not get my coins. I told them they have to honor what was stated and they ended my chat conversation immediately. I can't even get the chat to boot up for me again after they did that.

I purchased £150k coins PS4 FIFA 17 today, listed 15x players for £10k coins each and eventually the sale was completed.... or so I thought! Within an hour, I then received an email from EA alerting me that I had broken gameplaying rules etc. etc. I contacted XTmmo.net and they simply washed their hands of it, despite telling me that this happens a lot but has nothing to do with them! Contrary to what EA have told me "you completed transactions in the player auctions with a known coin seller" and EA have now removed ALL 150k coins + the other 38k coins that I already had in my account prior to the transaction. When I challenged them and stated that if they had told me that this had happened previously, I would not have gone through with my first ever online coins transaction!!!! (Talk about lesson learned), Their response was "well you never asked and we will not be giving you a refund" I have raised a Paypal dispute resolution to recall payment Crooks!

First of all it took me around three hours to get the account details and then I email them about 8 times whilst they just reply with rubbish that makes no sense and isn't even spelt right. It says on there emails to use up whatever you bought within 6 hours. They then go on to tell me in another email to contact them six or seven hours from now. So who ever is reading this do not buy from xtmmo they are just waisting your time and money. I am not lying and I am trying to help everyone else from making the same mistake I did.

I bought 150k coins on this site. An hour later they were on my account, but than i played a few matches later my coins werent there anymore!! Fifa send me a message and said: we must take your coins and can delete your club. Answer please!!

I buyed some coins, and after 3 hours i had not get them, they telling me it was because the dont have lotfs of coins, and the answer only once and then they close the talk. i do not recemendem them, they are scammers

Received my account and it was already in use, i purchased Deus Ex and it someone kept kicking me offline and i tried to set to home and it had been done 3 times already this year and then the password was changed and there solution in chat was set to home, How when i cannot even login? worst service i have had so far.

I bought 15mil Fifa 15 coins yesterday and haven't received them yet why? They haven't sent a mail or anything this site is a scam

do not buy or sell to them as they are scammers i sold coins and never gave me the money and then blocked me i have proof that they are fake
