They forced me to pay for three trademark classes, claiming that my application wouldn't be approved otherwise. However, they filed for only one trademark class, and it was the wrong one, which is not usable for me at all (this was verified with another lawyer). When I reached out to them, they started making up stories and are not even responding to my messages or emails.
Stay away from them. They never do anything on time and just lie to you. My $1,300 is down the drain, and they don't even respond. I wish I could share screenshots of their messages.

Excuse after Excuse
I paid for the expedited service to receive my serial number in 7 days. That was on Sept 28th. It is now November 5th and every time I email them, I'm given some random excuse and told it'll be next (week, day, 24 hours). Don't really know what I paid for.

100% Do NOT trust these people
100% Do NOT trust these people. I paid for TM search and got absolutely bombed right away with emails, calls, texts asking for more money right away. I looked them up and they are a new company with hidden registration information along with horrible real reviews. Any good review is obviously fake.
Since I decided not to work with them, they are now threatening to TM my name for themselves if I don’t use them. Please stay away from these scammers!

Dear Nate Genaw,
I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. However, it seems there may be some misinformation in your review that I'd like to clarify.
Firstly, we take customer privacy and data protection very seriously. We do not share or sell your contact information to third parties, and our intention is never to bombard customers with unsolicited emails, calls, or texts. If you've received such communications, it might be unrelated to our services, or there could be a misunderstanding.
Regarding your statement about our company being new with hidden registration information, we are a legitimate and established business with a commitment to transparency. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team if they have any concerns or questions about our registration details.
We are also committed to providing a positive customer experience and do not engage in threatening behavior. It is not our practice to threaten to trademark a customer's name for ourselves if they choose not to use our services. That would be both unethical and illegal.
However, we couldn't locate your information in our records, To better assist you and address your concerns, we kindly request that you provide us with more details about your experience, such as your name, contact information, and any specific interactions or transactions you had with our company. This will help us investigate your case thoroughly and take appropriate action if necessary.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced and are here to address your concerns. If you have any specific issues you'd like us to resolve or if you'd like to discuss your situation further, please contact our customer support team. We value your feedback and are dedicated to improving our services and reputation.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to rectify the situation and regain your trust.

The people at Xpressmark are crooks
WARNING!!! The people at Xpressmark are crooks. They took my money and will not issue a refund. Please file a claim with Texasattorneygeneral.gov and with IC3.gov, this is the internet crimes unit. Xpressmark charged me $2388 to file my name and logo. $288 for search and $2100 to file 3 classes for my name and 3 classes for my logo, a total of 6 classes. They informed me the filing fee for each class was $350. They only filed 1 class for $250. That one filing was done incorrectly. They only filed something when I threatened to file a claim and I waited weeks with no update nor proof of filing.
They send you information to make it seem like they are a legit company, but they are legit scammers. Do not fall for it. I have proof of how they fabricated communication to my bank. Go and hire a real attorney as this company is not authorized to file on your behalf, only an attorney can, which they are not. You will have a hard time disputing a claim you authorized if you chose this company.
They took my money and refuse to issue a refund. They sent me an email months later stating that filing fees are non-refundable. Filing fees that do not belong to them, filing fees that they collected to file with the USPTO???
I will file a claim with every agency until these people are stopped. Don't believe the positive reviews. They are fake!

SCAM Do NOT hire this company
Do NOT hire this company. Similar to the other review, I signed up for the $145 plan plus filing fees. Well, after I paid I get a call to say I need to file for multiple classes and it’s gonna be $2100 on top of my $600 I already paid. They have a good sales pitch and make it sound legit so I said ok. After a week goes by I get an application, after asking them to correct a few obvious mistakes, Racheal explains “that’s” done on purpose to protect my identity and It’s normal and trust them. Well, they filed one trademark that was not properly done (Verified by my attorney) on USPTO’s website. According to USPTO’s website they paid $250 for the one application they didn’t even attempt to correctly file even though they charged me $350 x 6. She then contacted me to hire their “attorney” to monitor the application for $1800 and I must act now or risk the application going bad blah blah…this went on for a few days and that’s when the red flag was raised. Don’t fall for it like I did. Hire a local trademark attorney, turns out it’s much cheaper anyways. The only thing their good at is scamming you and that they are very good at it. Look up the company address under the contact us page and when I asked about it, they claim they have no reason to list their real address….smell what I’m stepping in!?
Regarding Xpressmarks’s response, I’m more than happy to provide my bank statements and USPTO’s application to show fees and wrongful charges. I’ve already requested my application to be corrected and it was not. I only got a defensive and rude response asking why I’m questioning what they’re doing. Registered agent!? You’re using addresses that are vacant commercial listings.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company, but we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. As a legal and ethical business, we take allegations of fraud and misconduct seriously and we would like to clarify some of the issues raised in your review.
Firstly, our pricing is transparent and displayed on our website. We offer multiple packages for our services, and our fees are clearly stated on our website. If you opted for the $145 plan plus filing fees, then you would have only been charged for those services. We do not engage in any fraudulent activities or charge any hidden fees. Additionally, we provide all of our clients with a detailed breakdown of any additional costs that may arise during the process, such as filing fees or legal consultations.
Secondly, we would like to address the issue of your trademark application. We take full responsibility for any errors that may have occurred and apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. However, we would like to clarify that our team consists of highly qualified professionals who are experienced in the trademark registration process. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and always ensure that applications are filed accurately and in accordance with the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) regulations.
Furthermore, we do not make intentional mistakes to hide a client's identity. Any errors in the application would have been accidental and we would have been happy to rectify them promptly upon receiving notification. We do not encourage any actions that may jeopardize the success of an application, and we do not charge clients for services that have not been rendered.
Lastly, regarding your concern about our business address, we use a registered agent service, which is a common practice for businesses like ours. The purpose of a registered agent is to ensure that we receive legal notifications and other important documents on behalf of our clients. We have no reason to hide our address, and we are happy to provide it to anyone who requires it.
We take all feedback seriously and will use your review to improve our services. However, we stand by the quality of our services and remain committed to providing our clients with excellent service. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
