XPOWERReviews of xpower.com

I bought a small batch of fans from this company that arrived in decent condition, so I trusted them with a larger order. The listings all stated “new other / damaged box”, which in the UK means unused stock with cosmetic packaging issues. What I received was nothing close to that. Several units were caked in plaster, mud, paint, dust and general grime. These were used, not “new other”. The condition was dreadful and completely misdescribed. I only inspected the fans I needed immediately and assumed the rest would be fine based on my previous order. That trust was misplaced. The performance was also poor — during the heatwave I needed two of their units to match the output of my smaller Japanese fan. Most UK businesses treat returning customers well, especially bulk buyers. This company did the opposite. I was overcharged for used stock and left with sub‑par equipment. Stay clear.
