I bought a driving experience for my husband for Christmas, and for the last 9 months have been trying to book, exchange, get a refund, anything!! I have received zero response, no booking dates, no help, non existent customer service, they basically stole $900 from me and ruined a nice gift that I had saved for. I so badly want to speak to someone and at least be able to book something else!!!!!! Hoping that someone from this company will call me or email me back one day but the zero response makes me realize more and more that this is a scam.

Website rejects valid certificate as expired; company ignoring support requests
Do not buy from Xperience Days. Their official website terms state that certificates do not expire, yet their automated checkout system is rejecting my active certificate as "expired."I have attempted to reach out to their customer support team multiple times via phone and email to get this manually resolved, but they have completely ignored all communications. They have taken the money and locked me out of the service promised. I have been forced to escalate this issue by filing formal consumer complaints with both the Massachusetts and Colorado Attorney General offices, as well as the FTC. Buyer beware.

Buyer Beware
My daughter purchased an Xperience Days voucher for me as a Mother's Day gift. When I initially attempted to book an experience, I encountered significant difficulty obtaining scheduling assistance from Xperience Days. Phone calls went to voice mail, and I was never able to connect with a representative. Out of frustration, I set the voucher aside for a period of time and later attempted to use it again.
Once again phone calls to Xperience Days went to voicemail, emails were not answered, and my efforts to obtain customer support were unsuccessful. After several unanswered emails, I finally received a response indicating that the value of the voucher would not cover the full cost of the experience I had originally selected and that additional funds, along with a $25 processing fee, would be required. I requested information regarding the original dollar value of the voucher, as my daughter could not recall the exact amount, as well as the total cost of the experience I was attempting to book so that I could better understand the price difference. I also wanted this information so I could evaluate alternative experiences that might not require additional payment. I did not receive a response to these inquiries.
I subsequently sent correspondence to Xperience Days directors seeking assistance and received no response to those communications.
I believe that transparency and accessible customer service are essential when companies sell gift vouchers and experience packages. Consumers should be able to obtain timely responses to questions regarding voucher values, fees, redemption requirements, and available options. My experience with Xperience Days involved almost a complete lack of communication in trying to obtain the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the use of a gift voucher that had been purchased on my behalf.
I am sharing the lessons I have learned from my experience on Trustpilot. Prospective customers should carefully review a company's voucher policies, fees, redemption procedures, and customer-service practices before making a purchase. In my case, the lack of responsive communication ultimately led me to discontinue my efforts to redeem the gift my daughter so generously gifted to me.

Undependable company
I had a gift certificate for an Experience. I redeemed it and added more money via credit card. They sent a receipt, but never provided a way to book the event. Numerous calls went unanswered. At least 10 emails each resulted in a standard response that did not help. I could log in to their site and see my credit, but there was no calendar, or button to book the event. Only after I reported them several times to the Better Biz Bureau, did they finally send me a link to book. Be careful of this company.
