The service here is very slow. I made an appt online for 1:30 on 10/11/20, didn't get seen til 30 minutes later. There were only two salesperson available and they had a line outside and people waiting in the car. I came to get an upgrade to a iPhone 11 for my son, and wanted to take his Motorola phone and add a line for my youngest son. After I paid $100 to pay off the Motorola phone, they inform me that I couldn't add a line with the Motorola phone because it's a BYOB and they don't accept Motorola. It wasn't a BYOB because I purchased it from Xfinity Mobile and was needing to add a line with it. This makes no sense to me, how can you say that you can't accept a phone that I purchased from you to add a new line. The young gentleman that assisted me, he was very professional, he even said to me when he spoke with the CSR that he was aware of the change and it's new news to him. I called the toll free number he provided me and they informed me the same thing, and I asked the CSR to transfer me to speak to a manager. She so called transferred me and had me on hold for 45 minutes until I just hung up because no one came on. I think it's best I transfer to AT&T because the service is not up to par. They had me to pay the $100 balance I owed on the phone, then tell me I cannot add a line with the phone. Doesn't make since at all!

When you have service disruptions Comcast will lie to you about the dates that they occurred. If you ask them what dates they occurred they will lie and say they don’t have them so they don’t have to give you credit. They will send you in circle to get the credit. They try to tire you out so you’ll get sick of them and forget about the credit. Don’t! Considering Xfinity Mobile? BEWARE!! Changing my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity was a huge mistake. Hopefully, this review will save others from making the same mistake. My house has a weak signal due to many large oak trees and a small pond. For my situation, a good network extender is critical to reliable service. Lured by Xfinity's merchandizing ploy that Xfinity uses Verizon towers, I believed that Xfinity could provide reliable service. After weeks of spending hours and hours on the phone with 22 different Xfinity reps in technical support and customer service at the supervisor level, I finally determined that nothing could be done to improve my signal. In fact, the new Xfinity Samsung A70 phone I had to purchase to cut the ties from Xfinity was not fully compatible with my new 2020 Subaru Outback or the Verizon network extender that is critical to strong signal. So I am stuck with a $412. phone that I cannot use. Even in this exceptional Covid-19 environment, (meaning closed Xfinity stores and extremely long wait times for phone assistance,) Xfinity will not work with you if you've experienced exceptional problems with their service and have gone past the 14 days trial period. In Xfinity's view, you own the problem and you pay the full price for their lack of service. How ironic is their “Xfinity Customer Committment: Respect your time; Simplify your experience; Make things right if we fall short.”

I just got back from money to Comcast stores today and after 9 requests even by a supervisor and my mother and I are on the phone with them last night for an hour the account is still in my mother's name she is 69 years old and walks with a walker and does not get around that easily and they were telling me that she had to be there in person to verify that she had the account although I am the one that paid for the phone signed my contract and fully owned that account now I told Xfinity that I was done playing games with them that I was done completely with them and I left and I am now putting my number out to Verizon tomorrow so Xfinity Comcast whatever you got to got to change whatever you're doing
