Absolute disaster experience. Do not fall for the 1 year free plan, the activation process is a pure nightmare and never worked for me after spending hours on the phone with customer service and going around in circles. I almost lost my number and switched back to my old carrier.

Canceled my account 3 weeks ago still being charged by Xfinity. When I called the customer service, I was treated very rudely by the agent, technically saying of course, we will charge you, and " We will try to refund you later on. Even though they said we always charge a month in advance, that meant I should not be charged anymore. Xfinity will gladly take your money, but when it comes to a refund, it will be on their term

I would rate this lower if I could. Xfinity mobile sent me a cell phone that didn't work. I contacted customer service and cancel the service as I really didn't need the phone. I was told that the service was canceled and "No further action was Needed". I the asked about the cell phone and was told not turn it in (I turned it in later). I believed that I had a $0 balance now I am in collections for a cell phone that I was told not to turn in but turned in anyway. Xfinity mobile refused to give a straight forward answer on the charges or how to move forward if they can't locate the phone.

Terrible waste of money in time just as bad as their Internet and customer service sucks. Going back to T-Mobile.

Xfinity Mobile: $412 for 1GB of data roaming?? 8 Reps, "Ghosted" by a Supervisor, and Zero Help. I am absolutely appalled by the predatory roaming rates and the total lack of accountability at Xfinity Mobile. I was charged $412 for 1GB of data during a 24-hour window in Bolivia. In an era where international data is a commodity, Xfinity is charging 2005 prices and providing zero support. The billing is only half the problem; the customer service is a disaster. I spent over 2 hours being bounced around. After cycling through 7 different representatives, I finally reached a supervisor. However, instead of helping, the supervisor left me unattended on hold for over 5 minutes and never returned to provide a solution. It is clear that Xfinity trains its staff—and its management—to stonewall customers rather than resolve clear instances of price gouging. Charging nearly half a thousand dollars for a single gigabyte, then having a supervisor "ghost" the customer on the line, is a disgraceful way to run a company.

Was promised $800 pre paid card (visa or mc) for switching our cellular carrier to xfinity mobile. 60-90days has turned into 6 months. Every phone call is multiple moments of being on hold. Multiple transfers to keep repeating myself. And every time we call we get a different excuse. They keep telling us they will send an email for us to submit for our pre paid card in the next 5 days...never get one. This last call I was told they have been trying to call. I asked why they do not leave voicemails, and asked when they called. I was given 2 dates and the times being 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM. What kind of business calls on the middle of the night! Yet, I do not have any missed calls in the middle of the night on dates given, or ever. Again, I have never received any voicemails. I asked to be transferred or provided the number to call, to be told they cant. I told them i wanted to talk to a supervisor, to be told he was the supervisor. I told him it wanted to talk to the department that would help today while i was home from work and available. He told me a note would be placed on my account for them to call me today. I never received a phone call. Big surprise. I think it is time to just get a lawyer!

Absolute worst customer service company I’ve ever dealt with. Been with them for years cell phone, and Wi-Fi, and they won’t let me upgrade a phone get a new line with a new phone without paying in full. Even when I’ve paid off every phone and I’m never late on bills. To top it off customer service is rude. Is all get out. Absolute terrible. Terrible company to do business with on the verge of looking for new representation for mobile and home Internet. I would give them zero stars if it would let me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Xfinity’s business model is a textbook example of predatory sales and administrative incompetence. The dishonest sales process began the moment I signed up; promises made by representatives were flatly ignored once the billing cycle started. It’s a bait-and-switch operation that treats customers like targets rather than clients. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Getting a straight answer is impossible, and finding someone who can actually solve a problem is impossible. What’s truly disgusting is their reliance on tech solutions that are supposed to help with customer experience; instead of getting something good, they rely on trashy solutions like Medallia. They spend millions on this CX software, yet it is the absolute worst. Bottom line: Even though Comcast's revenue is above $120B, they run a crooked business. Use other providers like Mint or US Mobile, heck, even use Starlink for internet. At least they are reliable and ethical in their business dealings. Avoid Xfinity at all costs!!
