First of all I was excited to get my cell through my internet carrier, I signed up. Waiting for my phone...left a signature note for fed ex, fed ex tells me that someone has to be present to sign. I tried to divert it to Walgreens ( where I pick up my packages)...No , not eligible. So I have no phone , since I ported my number over to xfinifty. Saturday Delivery not authorized. I mean wha....? And wait I offered to go to my local xfinity store to pick it up,,,,NO i would have to wait till this phone gets returned from Fed Ex to "x" then cancel go to the store and start the whole process over...I've chatted with at least 4 reps, called and spoke with a few. And zero help. It's apparent that they care not for my business. If they treat a brand new client this bad can you imagine the level of sub par service if I actually received the phone ? absolute zero. Stay away

Deceptive company.
I gave 1 star only because I could not move forward without doing so.
Trying to make this as short as possible.
So last December I called to set up in home Xfinity WIFI.
At the end of the conversation the rep. offered me a free phone if I would port my present number to Xfinity mobile .
I thought about it long and hard , since I had Total Wireless( Verizon Towers )for several years with no issues at 33.00 monthly. and I never use up my 5 GB.
I was planning to get a second back up phone , and she assured me there were no contracts, the phone was free, and I would pay 17.00 monthly including taxes, since I only needed it for talk and text.
So the phone arrives , I activate it, its a cheaper I phone e I think ,holds charge not more than two hrs.
Then I see a charge for 33.00 on my bank account, this was around February , so I called and spoke to a rep. who said he will look into it and get back to me.
Never happened, so last week I check my bank statement 33.00 was charged for March and April.
I called yesterday 05/21 and asked for a supervisor.
I was told that I am automatically in a contract with Xfinity mobile , because I should have activated the phone as soon as it arrived.
I told her I no longer, needed xfinity phone or services she "The Supervisor" stated I cannot send the phone back, because its no longer a free phone and I have to pay 16:00 monthly for the useless phone( she was also rude and unprofessional).
I asked to speak to someone who was her senior, she said all complaints will still end up in" her" department.
I asked for a corporate complaint email , she stated that she or her department will still be the one making the final decision , in short refusing any type of assistance.
So I guess I will have to reach out to BBB or other legal /State services available.
So disappointed with Xfinity mobile.

I have had a nightmare moving telephone…
I have had a nightmare moving telephone numbers from tMobile to xfinity. I have spent hours on the phone with Xfinity and it is taking days to transfer three out of four numbers. I am still waiting for the fourth number. At this point I would happily stay with T-Mobile to not have to deal with the hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service. They are all very nice but unfortunately can’t transfer numbers without mistakes and delays and promises to just wait a few hours and it will be updated and it’s never updated. Then they tell me to go back to T-Mobile and when I do I find out the T-Mobile has done their part. When I called Xfinity back they figure out that they were trying to port a number from Sprint not T-Mobile so now they have to cancel the number and I have to wait 24 hours for the phone to work. So after several days and many hours on the phone I am still left without one of my phone numbers. I would say they should not be in the mobile business and should stick with what they’re good at. Oh and the last guy disconnected and never called me back. Worst worst worst mobile company.

I think this might be a scam
I think this might be a scam. I never activated the mobile account. Then I see that somehow they wanted to bill me for it. Had a 40 min conversation w customer service who assured me it was cancelled. THEN I SEE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD A WEEK LATER. Now I'm on hold again trying to again cancel the line and reverse the charge. Call has lasted 30 minutes so far and no end in sight.

Xfinity sucks
Hello. I have had At&T for about 20 years and the service has been good, just a little expensive. Sooooo I thought i would go to xfinity seeing it was half the price. Well the good vibes lasted maybe 3 days. Could not get service to save my live. I tried for hours to get a signal. That was what broke the camels back. Switched back to At&T and haven't been happier. To be honest i have had other phone compaines, but this is the worst service i have ever had. Please don't use Them...............

WARNING! Do NOT TRUST COMCAST! They will STEAL your money!
WARNING! DO NOT GET XFINITY! They will waste your time, steal your money, and WILL NOT DELIVER! I have been with them for over a year but recently the last few months I have been paying for camera security, internet (1000Mbs) and cell phone from Xfinity Mobile. The internet has remained under 200Mbs for over two months. I have screenshots of speed tests and phone calls recorded of every time I have spoken with a Comcast agent. I paid my phone off as well because my screen cracked and apparently on of their agents had canceled the insurance for some reason! So I can't repair my phone and was forced to upgrade. When I tried to upgrade, after waiting 2 hours in the store an error message popped up that no one had any idea what it was and how to fix. So I left and called the company to see if I could upgrade through the phone. Same issue. Finally I decided to add a new line just so that I can have a working phone since they couldn't figure out why they were getting an error message. I was able to put in the order for the new phone because apparently they couldn't sell me the Note 20 or Galaxy S20s for whatever reason. (I have a Galaxy S10+ with a broken phone screen which I can't see out of. Basically unusable). I was forced to order the Galaxy Samsung Galaxy S21. I ended up going with the Ultra version of the phone. So the order is in and I am supposed to receive it today. That didn't happen. Apparently the apartment number wasn't included so the package was undelivered! I called FedEx and they said that Comcast has restrictions on the package so that I can't update the apartment number or pick it up from a facility so I have to call the sender, Comcast. I call Comcast and after hours of transferring to the "right" department and trying to get the agents to simply call FedEx and tell them to update the apartment number, they finally tell me that the package was undelivered so they can't. They told me that now all I can do is wait until they receive the phone back and get my money refunded for the taxes I paid on the phone and re-order. Or I can order a new one an pay 3 lines until the issue is resolved! WHAT!?!?!? I work from home on the computer and I need my phone so now Xfinity on top of charging me all kinds of fees and bills, they are literally making me lose money as well. Right now I am getting all of my paperwork together because I am going to file to the FCC, BBB, and a formal lawsuit against Comcast. I am also shopping around for new service providers so if anyone has any suggestions for providers in Houston, Texas please send them my way!

Worst customer service.. no contest
I wish I could leave a zero rating. The worst part is the product is great as far as signal and speed.
I had one of their service techs install internet and I also opened up a mobile line with them. When they tell you its ready to use, and boast about protecting their customers, you're supposed to at least believe that, right? Not with these guys. They have absolutely no qualms with locking you out of your own account, refusing to fix the problem, and continue to bill you taking your money after all this. After spending countless hours dealing with customer service receiving no results because you either suddenly lose connection, drop a call (which NEVER happens any other time) or they flat out hang up after they run out of excuses.
So, cancel service and take my number and money to a company who actually values their customers, right ? Yeah, that's not happening either because they won't follow through even after they say they will. I couldn't even take my number. Stop paying? Then destroy my credit? I had no contract either so there's no excuses
Repulsive company. Sad too

Still setting up unauthorized accounts
Despite settling in court with the FTC, Xfinity still continues to (autopay) charge people for accounts that they do not have. Xfinity mobile service center refused to activate my cell phone unless I agreed to purchase one of theirs and have been continuing to auto pay charge my checking account since October in retaliation for not purchasing one of Xfinity's cell phones. About six different representatives I have spoken to since October and not one is able to stop the monthly no account autopay charges and continues transferring me to lines with long waits and/or no representative available to answer.
