Do not switch!!! They are still so limited on what they can offer and their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with, they are the new Sprint honestly. They provide internet and have use of the Verizon towers but somehow my phone connection is awfully laggy.

Oh xfinity you’re only good for one star because that’s what I have to give minimum and that one star is not from your awesomely fantastic customer service representatives. I mean I would love yo know the training method used because I am just blown away how one company in the three years I’ve been a customer has not once had one single customer service rep actually fix the issue the first time. I mean y’all have to work extra hard to be as incompetent as your sales reps seem to actually be. Then let’s not even get started with your in store customers. Man they’re special let me tell you v I can’t believe that the reps in the store have telepathic abilities to know the exact solution to why you went without ever even pulling up the account information. I mean I’d love to have those abilities. How do you get so lucking in the people you hire with such an ability? I’m amazed how you managed to find every single person who is just so amazingly and ever so epic at failing to actually provide customer service and try to help the customer to solve their issues. Instead you’re transfer to the next rep who repeats the same thing as the first one and no one will ever be able to actually fix the problem. Once they’ve transferred to you every person on the “team” they disconnect the call saying you’re being transferred again. Or they leave you on hold for over two hours. I mean I guess I have nothing better to do than be on hold all day long since you know my job is just so understanding that they allow me the time needed to handle what should be a very simple solution. Not once I. My entire life have I ever heard of when buying a new phone that you must have you old phone present and with you in order to properly program a new SIM card to you new device you bought directly from Apple. I’m still trying to figure that one out cause it’s a first and I’ve had cells phones going on 20 years now. But don’t even get me started on how you can provide internet to my home at a very specific address but you somehow manage to send it to the incorrect address 15 minutes on the other side of town. You must have worked extra hard to to rank number one in the most atrocious and incompetent company I’ve ever had to call in to for customer service. So if you love people whom are incompetent, waste your time and are generally hands down every example of what a company does not want in their service reps you take the prize. 👏🏻Congratulations for being the absolute worst company I e ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service. Keeps up the awful work cause I mean your winning at the game of going bankrupt because of your crap employees. Have a wonderful day. I know mine will be since my 3 hour hold has been just the funnest thing ever.

Xfinity is the worst!!! You cannot talk to anyone in person for hours, They keep you on hold. One agent shut me off while I was talking to him!! I tried to then call from my neighbors phone and it would not let me through. I paid off my phone and went to T-Mobile, found out today they are still charging me for hidden fees. I have been on hold now at work for 25 min as they keep transferring me to someone else. I asked to see a bill for mobile billing they said I cannot see my bill for mobile billing because I am not a customer of mobile anymore. I asked for a copy of what they are billing me for as they billed me $9.00 on Sept 24th and I seen the receipt in my email. The bill does not disclose why they are billing me. When I asked she said I can't have a copy of why they are charging me. Shantel 39192 put me on hold another 28 min. Basically they are charging me and will not let me see or have a copy of a bill to find out why. They just put you on hold continuously. Do not go through Xfinity Mobile!!!!!!!!! It's my legal right to have a bill or be able to see what I am being charged for and how much. I disconnected my phone months ago!! I had to pay them 1,000 dollars when I disconnected.

Terrible service and you cant back out do to the 2 year contract they screw you up

They will lie to get you to sign up, lie when they say they'll fix issues and lie when you call to confirm it was actually taken care of. Oh, and they love to "accidently drop" a call to customer service after you've waited to be heard. Also will FORCE you to pay a bill you are actually calling to dispute or are told they CAN'T help you in anyway.

After years of... decent service with AT&T, I switched to xFinity Mobile to save $12 a month. BIG MISTAKE/ MY phone goes straight to VM when people call me now, even thought I have 2 or three bars. Dialed *3001#12345#* (which is a secret display code) and it showed my rsrp as -115. -120 is dead zone and -100 is just barely usable. So yeah. When I call and tell them that I get some Indian dude that kind of speaks english that makes me do a bunch of REALLY annoying steps just to get rid of me. I've called 4 times and spent literally hours on the phone with them. I asked for a signal booster and they said they "don't do that". Every other company I've ever had does, and that's the only thing that will fix this. THIS SUCKS I AND I HATE IT AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO TRUST COMCAST.

The most HORRIBLE customer service on the planet!!!!! I say this as I am on my 7th call for the same issue and currently on my 4th hour (TODAY)! What is the issue XFINITY????? This is completely unacceptable! I love the idea of having all my services bundled but this is absolutely ridiculous! The most inconvenient hours, online system, even more ridiculous chat system and don’t even get me started on the outsourcing of the customer service unit! Whoever is in charge of this circus should be immediately fired!!!!! Do ME a favor and try calling your own customer service for a technical issue! Have fun with that!!!

The outsource customer service is the worse in communication and taking your money. As if it is not bad enough, that when you call, you might hear, dogs, chickens, or kids in the background, they give you an extra line, don't disconnect it and keep charging you. I went to my local branch and even she was frustrated. This outsourcing to foreign countries that cannot speak English had, so far cost me hundreds. Now I have seen another $359 they are trying to take when I have no service with them. Stay away from xfinity bc they will try to keep your money. I am.going to get my bank to do a fraudulent investigation and hopefully watchdog media.
