Major problem with spam texts and calls. Upon my inquiry with xfinity, I was told to use the app "HIYA". The calls and texts more than doubled after I downloaded it. Other mobile carriers are taking care of this issue.

I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile…
I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for Xfinity to save money. It was not worth the money. They promised me a free phone if I bring over my phone. They charged me for the phone starting the first month and when I said the phone was supposed to be free, they said "your bill hasn't changed since we start since you started with our company". I should have dropped them then. The calls don't work unless you have Wi-Fi service the mobile internet on the phone is useless. When I finally left them and wanted to return their phone, they said it was past the time and I had to pay off the phone. Any other company is better than this one do not use Comcast Mobile.

Xfinity Mobile can't resolve group text problems
I have been calling Xfinity Mobile for 4 months and have never had anyone be able to resolve my problem. Every Wednesday for some odd reason my group texts will stop working (only if there is someone with an Android device in the group text, I am using an iPhone 13 Pro) and I can not receive or send text messages to these groups. I call Xfinity - they suspend and reactivate my account and it works again for a week....Then Wednseday rolls around and it stop working again, so I call them. I'm told the same things every time that it will get escalated to be fixed, but have yet to hear anything back.
I've also had customer support people put me on hold on and off for over 45 minutes and then hang up, or tell me they're not able to suspend and reactivate my account (even though they do it every week), or that they will have to charge me to suspend and reactivate it, or if they suspend the account they can't reactivate for 14 days. I've also had some great people that have helped me right away within a few minutes after answering and explaining my problem. But overall the support has been terrible and less than helpful other than being able to temporarily fix the issue for a few days.
I've been a loyal comcast internet & cable for over 4 years, and joined their mobile in November, but at this point I'm about to cancel all my services because they can't seem to fix my mobile issue. I have also troubleshooted and read forum posts from others that had the same issues. I talked to Xfinity and told them what people said would fix the issue, but have yet to have anyone make any attempt to do more than just tell me to reset network settings, replace a SIM card, go to the Apple store (which I did, and they said that everything looked perfect from all their testing), or suspend and reactivate the account.
The savings for the plan is not worth the hassle. I have spent literally around an hour every Wednesday calling/chatting with Xfinity.

Warning
Warning. Do not change over to Xfinity mobile. Sure signing on is the easiest thing ever. But when you want to transfer you number or cancel your account, GOOD LUCK! I spent a month trying to transfer phone line from one xfinity account to another xfinity account... Still in the works. Xfinity is a smart scammer. They sign you up with local employees, but when you want to change or cancel you get transfered all over the world, Literally. The foreign reps have no idea what your talking about and no capability to even do a simple request. They end up transferring you random people around the world. Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel? Might be a quota that they're trying to maintain. Advice for Xfinity: FIRE all your management and come up with a better strategy. What you guys are doing maybe the reason why customers don't want to stay, Hello! Thus, you won't have to forcefully prevent them from canceling. I'll try again to transfer my line today. God help me through this impossible mission that I'm about to put myself through.

Non stop spam calls
Ever since getting Xfinity phone we receive a minimum of 10 spam calls every single day, starting at 6:30 in the morning. Apparently the national Do Not Call list doesnt apply to Xfinity -- unless we give them more money. Then they'll stop the spam calls. Or we can just switch phone services, right?

By Far the worst service I have ever…
By Far the worst service I have ever had in my life. My phone broke in December and I have still not yet received a new phone and yes my phone had insurance and was paid off . I have talked to 8 people and all 8 people have told a different story as to why I can’t get a replacement. Instead I am now paying for a iPhone se and also they added a whole line on my line that I don’t even have a device for , I didn’t know that until a rep told me I had 4 lines on my account when it was only supposed to be 3. I didn’t even know I was paying for a SE until a rep told me that also. I am beyond pissed with this company and am ready to get off of them asap . Who wants to pay for phones they don’t even want? Then they are telling me they can’t do anything about this SE because it been pass 14 days since I had it but that’s just crazy because I been raising hell about my phone since it broke. I don’t wish this phone company on absolutely nobody.

Xfinity Mobile sucks don't let them…
Xfinity Mobile sucks don't let them sucker you into doing 1 GB because they don't tell you the whole plan. I got suckered into getting a phone through them when their customer service person told me that I would get a free phone and only pay $15 a month. Well she didn't tell me that it was only for 1 GB. And the next thing I know at the end of the month there was 6 GB used and I owe $105.00 on their own list it says for 6 GB was $60 right? Well why am I paying more for a cellphone that made my life worse? I am stuck with a phone that barely works and when I am at home I use my home internet not my mobile data. But I am still being charged for something that doesn't benefit me at all? This is stupid. Your not saving money. Your better off paying 30 bucks a month somewhere else with 2 GB and unlimited everything else.

Constant dropped calls
My mom and I were on the mobile plan and her phone gradually began dropping calls. We called Xfinity multiple times over the last year. We applied multiple reset network settings and countless hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot. It got to the point within the last six months where she could never make or receive phone calls at all. She is 90 years of age, and her phone is essential for her safety and well-being. Xfinity was never able to solve the problem. We finally canceled her service and switched to T-Mobile, which is now working flawlessly.
