Xfinity mobile is the worst carrier I have ever dealt with. I could go on for days about what happened. They don't even deserve a 1 star but it made me pick a star before letting me type. I told the lady I wanted a supervisor 3 times and she hung up on me after I had already been waiting for 50 minutes. I wish I wouldn't have bought phones through them. It's been the worst time of my life. As soon as I pay these phones off I'm out. Makes me sick how terrible the service has been

Xfinity won’t release my number to switch carriers because there service sucks. I changed to a different carrier and apparently they gave us the wrong pin to release my number now they won’t give me a pin over the phone saying I have to visit a store. Stay away from xfinity they are garbage.

If you contact support there is a good chance they will tell you that your issue will be resolved after either 2 or 24 hours. They like those numbers. They are just trying to get to the next customer. Has happened to me 9 times in the last 6 days.

I tried Xfinity mobile for 3 months. In these 3 months I was forced to live off of exclusively wifi when using my phone. I live in Denver, and despite this being the biggest city in Colorado, I rarely have phone service, let alone data. Even outside of Denver my service never improved. I have dropped numerous calls with Xfinity mobile. Sometimes I will get 3G, which is already painfully slow, but most of the time I have no data at all. I am now on a different service, but want to stop anyone from trying Xfinity mobile. Xfinity mobile could be free and I would still recommend trying anything else.

Xfinity Mobile "Customer Service" Sucks. I called them about how to stop daily nuisance calls and ended up in a Live Chat with an agent [In India?] who helped me with that but also offered additional help that I really didn't ask for. I think this is called "bait & switch" in business parlance. The agent promised to save me up to $40 on my monthly telephone bill if a changed my landline phone number to a mobile line. When asked if I can still use my landline telephones and fax machine, he promised "absolutely". THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A BIG LIE ! To make matters worse, I was hustled into accepting a new smartphone which would cost me nothing if I use it for 24 months. That amounts to a 24-month contract even though the agent denied it. The whole chat turned into one big lie and presumably the agent responsible will be rewarded for selling another phone to someone who didn't want it or need it. All by the lure of saving some bucks. The agent's name was R**ku. I will not accept delivery of the phone and have the package shipped back to Xfinity unopened. That should cancel the contract.

Worst customer service!!!! On hold forever. Was given a credit for unused services, but they charged me anyway. Cancelled them after 1 month.

This is the worst phone service I’ve ever had. Multiple times a day I have to reset my phone just to get internet connection and my dog had a seizure and I can’t even google where the emergency vet is without having to restart my brand new iPhone 13. This is the biggest mistake I’ve made is getting my phone though you guys. My dogs life was at risk and could’ve died if I hadn’t had the problem before and knew to restart it. And to make it worse to cancel it I have to pay over 700 dollars just to ensure my dogs safety. As soon as I’m able to I will be dropping this phone plan and my home internet and telling anyone I can to never go near this company. Customer service is no help at all in this regard either just keep saying to restart the phone… straight garbage

I had the worst experience with Xfinity Mobile customer support when I called them for a simple task which they insist requires the customer to call instead of being able to do anything online. After speaking to 2 individuals and 2 disconnects later they still did not replace my new device in the system with the old one and ensure all the services were transferred over to the new phone. Instead, they tried to upsell me and wanted me to trade-in, upgrade, or add a new line, neither of which I wanted. I was merely trying to swap out one phone on my account (my own device), with another phone. Ultimately, I asked for a supervisor and of course the call got disconnected and no one called back (even thought I know they have the ability to do that and it would be been the right thing to do). Terrible for a company I use to work for and sad to see how little they actually focus on customer service. Terrible!
