I had Xfinity Mobile for a year without problems. I went into the store to add a 3rd line to my account. My main cell phone number that I have been using for 19 years stopped working 20 minutes after leaving the store. They say they can't figure out how to get my cell phone line working again. My cell phone line hasn't been working for a week now and I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer support. They just say they will call you back about the issue and never call you back. I would avoid Xfinity Mobile at all costs and I really regret switching to them. They now have my phone number locked to their service and I can't even take my phone number to a different carrier. It is also my business phone number so I am losing hundreds of dollars everyday because of them.

Unfortunately I can't post 0 starts but that is what they should be rated at. I cancelled Xfinity internet to go with another provider to pay half of what I was paying. When that happened they charged me an additional $25 per device for my mobile coverage without telling me. My bill was now at $344 for 3 lines and 3 apple watches...what a joke! I decided to switch to Tmobile and now I'm unable to unlock my iphone. I submitted a request and they told me it would be 24-48 hours and it's now been 10 days and I still don't have access to my phone. I called in again and had to "resubmit the request." They have the absolute worst service and are a complete joke. DO NOT USE THEM!

Generally the service is fine but if you do have an issue getting a tech or getting your issue resolved is almost impossible. Agents are INCOMPETENT at best. I have had an issue with people receiving calls not being able to hear me for 2 weeks and it remains unresolved.

5 calls in 3 weeks to useless customer service reps. Over 6 hours total on phone. No resolution. My husbands outgoing caller Id shows someone else’s name. If they change it they can only change it to wireless caller. We had them do that and then all of his incoming calls display wireless caller even his phone contacts. No one can fix it. They lie and tell you they’ll call back and never do. They say they will apply credits to your account that don’t happen I have lost all my confidence in Xfinity mobile. Too bad because it’s reasonable. Looking to switch.

Be prepared to spend at least an hour dicking around for something as simple as a typo on your account. If you want something complicated, you will spend days. I am not exaggerating. The only thing worse is that they try to upsell you, while you are trying to fix the issue at hand.

Um, no. They are trying to charge me $2185 for using my phone in Italy for 10 days. I called, they said, "oh man, that's an excessive bill, after an hour on the phone they said, "Ok we will be issuing a credit of over $1700, it will show up tomorrow on your account". I thought, wow, what great customer service and I was a hero to my wife. Next day, app still said I owe $2185. 5 days later, same. I called. They had no record of my discussion!!! Went through the whole story again to the next agent, an hour on the phone (not including hold times) and transferred to several departments, agent said, "OK, you're all set, your new bill will be $300.84., it will show up in about 15-20 minutes" Cool, I'm done. Hero again, NOPE! No credit. Called back, no record of my discussion or the credit?!?!?!? Today, I told them to listen to the recorded message where the agent told me about my new $300 bill. They said, great idea, we'll call you back. They called back, it was an automated message "would you like to speak with an agent?" Um, you called me, but yes. On hold for 23 min, then they hung up!! Tears. I called back, like an idiot, and was on the phone for an hour and 17 minutes, transferred to a supervisor who started asking me all of the original questions again. I said I am not repeating this story again, please have a manager call me back. Waiting for that call. God and baby Jesus help me. Luckily, my smart wife called our Credit Card company and told them to block the charge which is scheduled to come out in two days. Get your sh*@ together Xfinity Mobile, insane.

The worst mobile service. They hang up on you when they know they suck. They have been trained to do so. The whole internet is full of negative reviews. Phone never works. I keep calling them from hubbys phone, i have to turn on my data to send messages that are attachments. Cant make calls or send sms. Changed sim cards ,3 times. Restart phone constantly. They blame the phone that they gave me amd want me to deal with lg.

I do not recommend any type of Apple Product alone or associated with Xfinity. I have had one of the worst experiences within two months. I will never go back to Apple. Constant issues with there iphone 13 series. Many attemps at trouble shooting, sent to Lansing and was told they worked on my phone (replaced parts etc), xfinity said the store did not do any work and just replaced it, was told that someone else was using my phone information, bounced around multiple times between both xfinity and AppleCare. Constantly loosing calls and messages. Apps Constantly stopped working etc. Buyer beware.
