Worst company ever refused to give me a refund for charging my card. Bc there customer service agent sad false promises. And they head no one accountable and when trying to transfer me to a supervisor they don’t answer. I have called 5 times in one day.

Finally was able to get a phone number for Xfinity Mobile to ask questions about my bill. Not able to see it on line as there is some problem with website. I don't get a hard copy. Is that even possible? Anyway after going through their frustrating on line system which is very limited, I got a link (the only choice apparently) to connect to someone via text. I replied yes (y) and wait. And wait. Then another text saying they are connecting me with a specialist. I wait again and receive another test saying I can go online and chat with the Xfinity assistant. No specialist comes. Just sent back to the "Assistant" who as we know is no live person but something else that never works to solve your problem. All I want is a copy of my bill which is a simple request. This company has spent a lot of time putting together a very convoluted customer service system in order to provide no customer service. Their Xfinity Assistant is so narrow it is useless. Their phone system just takes you in circles to nowhere. Online website to try to see your account details is not working. Terrible!

Horrible!! I’m doing this review for my husband Ralph Sparrow. We have been trying to port my husband and my son’s phone from straight talk since 8-14-22. We got straight talk to unlock the phone and got the transfer pins to keep the same number (still have proof of this from texting 611611 to receive transfer pin and confirmation number from straight talk unlocking the phones). Xfinity Mobile told me that everything was set and ready to go and that it may take up 72 hours. Today is 8-25-22 and still no active service. We just told them forget porting the number and to give us new numbers but they couldn’t even complete that. They’re supposed to call us later today at 3pm to complete the activation for the new numbers. I would just go back to Straight talk however when the Xfinity Mobile reps assured me everything was complete for the phones to be activated we threw the Straight talk SIM cards away. We’ve also already paid for the 2 lines that are not even activated yet. We’re beyond frustrated at this point. My question to Xfinity Mobile- At what point do you all get a manager or a supervisor involved? Is it after the 5th call because we’re on number 10. This is ridiculous. I’ll update this review once the phone is actually activated. But for anyone looking at bringing your own phone from Straight talk…DON’T!

I'm so disappointed in Xfinity mobile, it's such a scam. I allowed them to import my number f r om another provider via ACP program and a free phone. They are trying to auto bill me for a phone I have been trying to return from day one. Still waiting on return label. I've called and chatted so many times that they just try to wear you down. The phone was refurbished and they are charging me for a free government program. Once I see a charge on a card I didn't approve I will take the next step in getting this resolved. It's a scam. Please be careful and good luck reaching anyone in the US.

Haven't had service long. I guess I didn't catch data only works within the Xfinity area. I had to go on a road trip in another town I've never been to. My navigation quit and I got really lost in the country. Be aware xfinity does not connect every where. When my contract is over I'm through. I've already warned several about this.

DO NOT switch to xfinity mobile! It will only cause you headaches. Bad billing practices, terrible customer service (think tiny, loud customer service office in another country), nothing wotked the wayit was supposed to and we had to call customer service for connecting internet, cable, mobile service. Numerous calls and the mobile service never did work. Canceled and am still being billed 3 months later. DON’T SWITCH!

Horrible! I enrolled my phone for unlimited and my daughter for $15 a month. I specifically told the agent i want something that can limit her internet access once she used up her 1gb.Thinking she won't be allowed to go over her allowed data amount based on what i was told, didn't give it much attention. She is only 13 years old and went way over behind my back and I ended up Paying $708 for two phones for just one month bill. I still need to pay over $400 for upcoming billing cycle. Called to complain about misinformation by the agent who didn't tell me there is a possibility to go over your data limit. Their answer? "Sorry we can't do anything about it" Stay away from these scammers!!!

Awful. Awful. Awful. DO NOT sign up with them. There is a error in my account that showed up at some point as I can no longer order new service, change plans or anything. After about 20 hours of phone calls, three "escalations" and multiple departments correcting each other on what is possible, nothing to show but frustration and wasted time. They are also very good at promising call backs and updates and NOT MAKING them. Of course, billing works just fine. I am locked out of changing my account, and now four weeks into it they have finally admitted in writing I am quote "in limbo land". DO NOT use Xfinity. Go to Verizon. It is the exact same network anyway. Funny, If I was Merck or Pfizer do you think this would get resolved? Of course. But, a six person, small business? Eh, too bad. Stay away.
