We purchased two new iPhone 14s on 9/28 for $800 each with a $400 rebate on each phone. We were supposed to get charged $17. a month per phone and our normal $15.80 service fee for a two year period. I first bill October 13th we were charged $115.44 instead of $50.00. The next bill for November we were charged $112.48. We spoke to several people on the phone that assured us that the bill would be corrected and that we would receive credits for the overcharges. It was not fixed so we went in the Xfinity store in Marlton, NJ where we purchased the phones and they made a call and said the bill/credits would show up in 2-24 hours. One week later they still have not been fixed.

Beyond upset with xfinity mobile. I had went last Tuesday to the store cause I had seen that they are having a Black Friday deal if you transfer over your number with your old carrier. I had spoken to the women there explaining to her that my old phone carrier was a pre paid number. She said that wasn’t a problem that it could be transferred over. I spoke to my boyfriend about it and he agreed that if they could do it. I should do it!! The women working went into the back room she didn’t have the phone I wanted she said it was out of stock and grabbed other ones saying they would be only $5 dollars more. I picked the one out I wanted and she said she was done I paid the taxes on it. She had gave me a phone number to set up the phone cause the guy who works with porting wasn’t there. I called the number on Wednesday asked what I needed. Called my old phone company, They gave me everything I needed. I called xfinity back to get porting done. The women I spoke to barely spoke English and I had a hard time understanding her. All she could say was it will take 24 hours and that everything was good. I waited the 24 hours. It was snowing pretty bad out so I had just called on Friday after waiting 24 hours with out getting an email. They had told me to wait 24-72 hours. I had went back to the store again seeing if they could figure it out. The women working didn’t know what was going on and called tech support and they told her that the phone number was a home phone. After explaining to her that it was a cell phone and I had it in my hands and shown her. She didn’t know what to do. She called cos on her phone and they told her porting was doing fine, that I just needed to wait. It’s been a full week and xfinity mobile decided to tell me today there was an error from my old company. In which I had called my old company back and they stated that xfinity didn’t put in the porting information correctly. The women I spoke to in customer service said she’d restart everything over and call me back within an hour. She never did.. I called back 2 hour later and the man I spoke too was confused and didn’t know what was going on. I’m so fed up! The guy working basically told me it was probably best I just cancel the porting and get a new phone number. He had also said they DONT port pre paid numbers so don’t be stupid like me. Now I have to pay over $1,000 for this phone. I will also be making as many complaints about them.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I'll spare the details, but they completely botched the transfer from my previous carrier to their phone service, which then held my phone in limbo for 14 hours (and counting), much of which I spent on the phone with them getting tossed from one rep to the next--after being placed on an incalculable number of holds--with no success. Why, by the way, can they not pass customer information up the chain? Why do I have to verify the exact same information to every single rep (most of whom clearly robotically read from a script and clearly have had almost no training)? You could fill a call center with a bunch of monkeys and the result would be the same. Oh, and after being on the phone with them for hours, they disconnected the line and didn't call back, send an email, etc.

Worst customer service. They took 3 months to show mobile account details in my xfinity mobile account. I have to spend 20 hours of my time to get it done. So many unnecessary greeting but no one know actual issue until we force them to escalate.

This is a stunning example of what NOT to do. I have every intention to give Xfinity my money, transfer 3 lines and upgrade my internet. However, their terrible website makes it nearly impossible to navigate and do so. Confusing click flow, constant errors, laggy website. This is just ridiculous.

Comcast has the worst service and support on the planet. I am experiencing my monthly outage. When I call Comcast I hear a message and the call disconnects. When I try to chat with an agent all I get is questions and no live agent. I signed up for xfinity mobile to use the hotspot when I have no service. The hotspot will not connect. My work phone has AT&T service. I can connect to the AT&T hotspot. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE COMCAST!!!!!!!!!

This is the most garbage provider of mobile service in existence. The entire "customer support" dept is overseas, nobody can do anything. You wait on hold for over 30mins-1hr. I literally have not one good thing to say about them. When I finally attempted to cancel they continued to bill me for two additional months for two lines they were never able to port in successfully. Getting a refund on that took reaching out 5 times being disconnected, transferred, told it was a different dept etc. Just awful. The reps will put you "on hold" while they work out the issue, just so they don't have to be put onto another call. It should not take 30 mins of being on hold to have an $18 charge reversed.
