I wish I could rate them 0 stars. The website, app, & customer service reps combined are USELESS!! I filed a claim for a cracked screen on the app & had to wait up to 24hrs for an authorization email. 2 days later, I went on the website to check the status, got no info, & kept getting a prompt to file a new claim. I called, verified everything with a rep, & was told to wait 2-3 business days for an authorization email. After not assisting me with anything, she has the audacity to ask "is there anything else I can help you with?" Some of the absolute worst 'customer service' I've ever experienced.

I have an account with Comcast/Xfinity and I had called them and spoke with a live person my past due amount was #115.48 with me paying $55.00 and leaving a balance of $60.48 which I agreed to pay by August the 8th. Yesterday and today my Internet kept disconnecting so I called today and the woman I spoke with was telling me there was no such agreement noted and would I like her to set up a payment agreement and I told her I was waiting on a new bank card and then she says then we can't make a payment agreement without a card on file then I said so my Internet isn't going to work until then and she said no even tho I just made a partial payment last week and further morey bank statement and my statement from Xfinity says something totally different I'm extremely upset!

Complaint Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Treatment at Cedar Hills Xfinity MobileRegarding Unacceptable…
We visited the Cedar Hills store to purchase a new phone. Upon arriving, we were told we would need to come back in about an hour, but we were assured that when we returned we would not have to wait because we were returning customers.
When we came back as instructed, that promise was completely ignored. We waited while several customers who arrived after us were helped first. During that time, we watched the store manager and another employee sitting at the table in the middle of the store on their phones rather than assisting customers.
What made the situation even more frustrating was watching customer after customer walk into the store, receive assistance, and leave with exactly what they came for, while my wife and I were ultimately turned away. To this day, I cannot understand why everyone else was able to complete their business that day, yet we were told that helping us was somehow impossible. We were never given a legitimate explanation for why we were treated differently.
When we were finally helped, the store manager told us that there was absolutely no way we could purchase a phone in the store that day. He insisted that our only option was to have a phone shipped to us and blamed it on "the system." He made it very clear that he had no intention of helping us.
When we returned home, we contacted Xfinity Mobile Customer Service. The representative we spoke with immediately told us that what we had been told at the Cedar Hills store was simply not true. We were informed that the store could absolutely complete the transaction and provide us with a phone that day. In other words, your store manager chose not to help us and instead gave us false information.
Being told "no" is one thing. Being lied to by the manager of one of your retail locations is something entirely different.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not my first terrible experience with this location or its management.
Previously, I purchased a new phone from this same store that would not ring when someone called me. As a business owner, this caused me to miss important customer calls and potential business opportunities. It took six months and countless trips back and forth between Apple and Xfinity before the issue was finally resolved. During that time, I filed a formal complaint regarding how poorly that situation was handled.
Apparently, that complaint either meant nothing, or whatever corrective action was supposed to be taken never happened. Based on this latest experience, it is clear that the customer service problems at this location continue.
The most disturbing part of this experience is not the inconvenience of having to wait another day for a phone. It is the fact that your manager deliberately chose not to help loyal customers and instead misrepresented Xfinity's own policies. There is no acceptable reason for a customer to be intentionally misled simply because an employee or manager does not want to assist them.
After over ten years of being a loyal Xfinity customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect. Instead, my wife and I left feeling ignored, dismissed, and deceived.

Online support was extremely unhelpful
Online support was unhelpful, spent multiple hours trouble shooting problem, was then told to go into the store. I live 100 miles away from the nearest store, but made the trip and was told by staff they couldn't help me with my account and to call support. Did this round about for 2 months. Finally had someone find my account that had been deactivated, but was unable to give me port pin, told to go back to store (100 miles one way). Went back and forth with staff in store, and was finally able to get port pin, only to find out my phone is locked, and I now don't have xfinity service, but can also not hook my phone up to another service. Be weary of xfinity. I do not recommend, especially for mobile. I still do not have access to my mobile account.
also when talking to online support, signed up for callback and never got a call, probably happened 5x.

Absolute liars
Yes like everyone else here, the reps just downright lied to me about giving me a credit back to my card which was wrongly charged by them and paid on autopay. They continue to tell me I will have the credit and then don’t do it. I’m going to discontinue service but will not give up getting the money back I was overcharged for.

Customer service is negative if one…
Customer service is negative if one exists. Not knowledgeable about anything and no help at all. No chain of command to speak with anyone. Get ready to be on the phone for few hours. Horrifying each time I've spoken with 8 times with customer service.

Easily the worst customer service…
Easily the worst customer service experience I've had. I've spent roughly 10 hours, no exaggeration, on the phone with Xfinity representatives across multiple countries (Egypt, the Philippines, and others), but never once with someone based in the US. Every representative gave me a different story and a different process for resolving the issue, and after all that time, it's still unresolved. All I'm trying to do is return an item. We're switching back to Verizon, and if I had any other option for broadband, I'd drop Xfinity entirely.
