Do not use this phone carrier. They will tell you you are getting a free phone promotion then they put the order thru and not give the promotion. now I am stuck with a device payment for the next three years because kf a dishonest agent. And the higher ups will do nothing besides give a puny $25 dollar credit. If you want to have hassle agter hassle this is the company for you but if you want honesty and competence run very far away.

Never buy a Mobile Phone plan from XFINITY. You will be cheated and robbed and end up paying double the price that they offered. 100s of hours with the customer care to fix the bills. CC in China.

Worst experience of my life do not get the service save yourself. The trouble try them in 2022 told me my bill was gonna be $50 first bill came $247. They deducted it straight out of my bank account to my surprise, but was quoted a $50 bill August 8, 2026 told me I would have no contract. Promise me two free iPhone watches a free year service with their promotion tell me I had a $600 credit told me there’s no contract get a text message saying my account has been processed and is now ready to view. They signed me for a three-year contract contact the corporate today. Hope to get this resolved by tomorrow reading all these reviews on here. I say we all get together and sue them with a class action lawsuit because apparently they’re not understanding that they are robbing lying and falsifying everything they say I think we really should sue them in a large class action lawsuit maybe then they’ll learn like it. The second time in 2 months I wake up to a phone that says SOS for no reason, another 3 frustrating hours with tech support who have no idea how to communicate or fix this problem. Very unreliable in today's world, BIG PROBLEM.

If I could give zero stars I would, and I wish I would have reviewed Xfinity Mobile before switching from AT&T. If you care about downloading files, updating apps, using HotSpot (absolutely worthless), beware. I don't typically give bad reviews, but this is deserved so many times over! I'm out of town, trying to work with Google Drive (my employer uses this software) and it's literally impossible to access files. AT&T might have been more expensive, but I never, ever, had problems with connectivity or download speeds. Xfinity GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

How does a company this bad exist at such a grand scale? This has been going on for years now. Their service is horrible and if they’re “the best” then we’re all in very big trouble. We have to gut this company. We have to make them pay. We have to destroy it. They cannot keep giving such incredibly bad service and be known for it yet exist. This cannot be. We must actively shut this lazy company down and put them out of business.

I have been disputing a fraudulent charge since March. I keep having promises that I will get a credit but I am still waiting. Everytime i call on phone for over an hour . Today disconnecting me twice with no call back.
