Xfinity service is very bad (both in terms of coverage quality and customer support). I live in Miami and my reception was constantly getting dropped so I had to go back to T-Mobile. When I signed-up, Xfinity promised Canada and Mexico coverage as part of my plan but you to call them each time BEFORE you travel in order to "enable" their Global Pass coverage for an additional $5 a day otherwise you get charged huge roaming fees (which we found out the hard way). Just such a huge pain to have to keep enabling this service where are T-Mobile has the global coverage pre-enabled as part of your plan and you don't need to do anything. In addition, Xfinity Mobile doesn't have any customer support phone number so you have to chat with a chatbot for 5 minutes where it sends you in circles before agreeing to have someone from Xfinity Mobile to call you. Lastly, after I finally cancelled our two phone lines, for some reason one line didn't cancel in their system so they tried charging my credit card for 2 additional months of service after we had stopped service, which required me to re-download their app and do the chat/call request dance all over again. What a huge waste of time and energy... never again.
