Xfinity mobile is the worst choice I have made in getting cellular and cant wait to dumb them for T mobile. You cant access your account calls keep dropping and the internet is super slow. I never have any good service anywhere. I have been more agrivated in paying for a service like theirs. It is a waste of money I rather pay more for quality service.

Purchased a new phone from them. Out of the box, I can't make voice calls with it. People either cannot understand me at all since the sound keeps breaking up or my voice sounds very mechanical/distorted. Even though I purchased the phone from Xfinity, they claim they have no responsibility and I have to track down a repair center for the manufacturer and take care of this myself. Voicemail with this service is horrible. If there are more than a dozen or so short messages, callers will get a voice mailbox is full message. No transcription on voice mails is available with more recent Samsung phones. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. Switching a data plan took more than 6 calls and 8 hours on the phone because most service reps did not know how to do this correctly. In general, a quick google search will yield better info than talking with their customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD! Xfinity mobile customer service is a complete JOKE, and that's putting it nicely! If you're considering service with them...RUN!!! They completely jacked us up from the beginning. We were switching to them from AT&T and bringing our phones over. They mixed up the SIM cards so we had to get that resolved. Then I decided to upgrade my phone as I was starting to have a lot of issues with my old one. HUGE MISTAKE. They sent me a new phone but attached it to my husband's number. I tried to call to resolve the issue and it just got worse from there. Not to mention every time I was transferred to the "higher person" I was hung up on every single time. I was on the phone half the day to try to get it resolved and it didn't. I finally gave up and told them to send me a return label so I could be done with them altogether. They deactivated my husband's phone but said they couldn't deactivate mine until they received the phone. This was on March 20th. I sent the phone through FEDEX on March 22nd and just received it back yesterday stating the label was damaged. Bullcrap. The label was completely taped so there was no way for it to be damaged. I contacted Xfinity to get another label. They won't give me another one because they're saying I still owe a balance. How can I owe a balance when I haven't had service since March 18th?!?! It's completely absurd the CRAP they put you through. I just want to be done with them and the nightmare just continues. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from them!!!!!!!! You've been warned!

When I requested internet service I was asked if I wanted my phone to have internet with no extra fee. My first bill I was charged. I had the service removed. Just last week Xfinity mobile stole money out of my account. When I contacted them it was confirmed I never signed up for autopay and someone from the company added the mobile service again two months later. I spoke with a representative and she apologized and claim she removed the service and will refund my money. I have not received my refund nor email stating the service was removed or a refund will be issued. This is unethical I need my money!

They told me that The mobile phone was supposed to be free. It wasn't! To keep taking money out of my account so I changed my card and talk to him about getting my refund and they give me some b******* about FedEx having it and having to review it and it's like spend a month no money no end inside on when that'll be finished and no way to contact anybody about it. Boo boo boo Xfinity mobile you suck!

I want to tell people be very cautious when you sign a 24-month contract with Xfinity Mobile. Here is what I have experienced with this phone service. I started Xfinity mobile phone service for 2 lines. Then, I was told if I open a 3rd lines, 3rd device would be FREE as promotion. A Motorola was given to my daughter. So, I understood that I would pay the first 2 devices, but no payment for the 3rd one. I was wrong. They did not tell but I actually paid approx. $13/mo for the 3rd “free” Motorola phone. My daughter’s Motorola phone is no longer working and I want to switch the SIM card from the broken “free” Motorola phone to my old Iphone 8. Then, the Representative said I need to pay the remaining balance on the Motorola. I said it was given for free but the Rep explains that even I don’t use it, I have to pay the device. So, if you go with Xfinity mobile, do not take “free” phone. It is a scam and make sure you buy insurance or you fall into a trap like me. In addition, the phone signal is weak in most areas, and there are a lot of “blind” locations where you lose the connection. Every day, I have a 15-minute morning meeting during driving and the connection gets interrupted 2-3 times within 5-mile route thru Bedford MA. I guess Xfinity does not have many of communication towers to keep a signal continuation. I will not recommend people using Xfinity Mobile service.

Awful speeds and coverage. They claim they use the Verizon network, but in reality they only lease a very limited space on the Verizon towers. Verizon shows I have 5G+ at my address but in reality I never have service. Save yourself the time and look for mobile service elsewhere.
