Xfinity has billed me for 12 months for a mobile phone account I never requested nor activated. They have admitted their mistake but will only credit me for 5 months. If this is not fraud, I don't know what it is. Xfinity acts like a criminal enterprise so I wouldn't be surprised if this company does this to hundreds or thousands of others on a yearly basis. Hmmm?

WFH - No service for 3 days (on waiting list just to schedule an appt for tech!)
Weekly outages, AWFUL speeds, even worse customer service. After several calls, exhausting wait times, automated system call drops when you keep asking to speak to an agent -- when you finally get someone, it takes days to get a tech out (they claim they can't send a tech out for residential on the same day--only business, even if someone has already come and the problem still isn't fixed).
They all give canned, scripted responses, "I know how important it is to have working internet" (heard this exact phrase during the same call from 2 different people) but they'll ultimately tell you there's nothing they can do.
I pay for the most expensive plan, Gigabit – 1200 Mbps, and my last speed test before it stopped completely, showed Download speed 22.54 Mbps, Upload at 4.01 Mbps. I even have 2 of their Xfi pod wifi extenders (cost me $250, doesn't do any help).
I'm hot-spotting off my Verizon phone data as I write this. Tech came out earlier and told me an "area shortage" fried my modem, replaced it with a "brand new," out-of-box modem, and this modem doesn't work either. Their default is to just replace your modem and leave as soon as possible, and then it fails almost as soon as they drive away. I think they're repackaging and swapping refurbished modems customer-to-customer.
Customer service told us to go to a store and replace the modem they just replaced this morning. We both work from home, and they don't seem to care that we've been out of service for 3(!) days straight now.
They put me on a WAITING LIST just to schedule another appointment. They couldn't tell me how long the wait was to set a tech appointment, I just have to wait and see if I get a text that somebody else has cancelled their appt, and they claim "the supervisor is busy with other calls" every single time I call.
One service agent even tried to tell me they couldn't help me because I wasn't authorized on the account; how am I not authorized on my own account! The automated system even recognized me! The bills come addressed to me, for crying out loud.
-TLDR;
Bottom line: go somewhere else, unless you want to wait 2-3 (or more) days to get a tech out, then get told a million times to unplug and reset modem/reconnect the coax cable... even after you tell them you've been doing that over and over.
I called AT&T late this afternoon and they're sending someone out first thing in the morning to set up internet. Once it's up, I'm calling XFI and cancelling (I was told they shut off your internet as soon as you call to cancel). Never going back. What a nightmare.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I sent in a phone for a $200 credit, I have the tracking # showing it was received 2 months ago, they lost it, and there is still no credit on my account after 5 phone calls to Xfinity customer service. CLICK THE CREDIT BUTTON YOU INCOMPETENT MORONS! Next phone call will be to Visa to report fraud by Xfinity for overcharging me.

I never activated my xfinity mobile…
I never activated my xfinity mobile account, returned my sim cards to the xfinity store (along with my router) and was told everything was cancelled. Xfinty mobile has been billing me for the past 3 months and wanted to celebrate that they have finally cancelled the billing. They currently will not refund me the money billed for a service that was never activated. UGH! Stay tuned still on the line with support 1 hr and 18 minutes in.

Worst mobile experience ever.
If you're ever offered Xfinity mobile, run and don't look back. I called Xfinity about a problem with my television and the rep offered me a $250.00 gift card, a free phone and unlimited talk, text and data if I switched my mobile service to Xfinity. I had a plan that was charging $55.00 a month for unlimited. I never got the gift card, the phone did not work more than half of the time and my first monthly bill was $258.00 for just data plus the price of the phone. When I asked why my bill was so high, I was told that I was enrolled in a 1 gig plan and I had gone over my data usage. When I went to a store to complain, I was called a liar by the manager who said I knew that I was in a 1 gig plan and that I knew the phone was not free and that I just didn't want to pay. He did not put any blame on the rep who told me one thing and then put me in something else. Why would I leave an unlimited plan for a 1 gig plan? They locked my phone number that I had for 10 years and wouldn't release it so that I could go back to my old service until I paid the bill and paid for the phone that I could only use about 40% of the time. Even after I paid, they made me come back to the store 5 times which by the way was a 30 mile round trip each time before they would give me the right code to unlock my number. I would not recommend Xfinity mobile to an enemy if I have one. By the way, I tried to get them to exchange the bad phone from day one. They kept putting me off for two weeks by telling me it was the manufacturer's responsibility to replace the phone and the manufacturer kept telling me it was Xfinity's responsibility. After 2 weeks I was told that they had no records of my complaints and I was stuck with the phone once I had it for 2 weeks. They just took me for 100s and 100s of dollars for one month and a half of lousy service for April and half of May 2023.

I had to spend a considerable amount of…
I had to spend a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to cancel my mobile service due to my dissatisfaction with the overall service, particularly the customer service. However, even after canceling, I was still being charged months later for a service I was not receiving. To make it worse, I recently found out that I was sent to collections because of this issue.

Xfinty Mobile Price Gouge
Xfinty: we had for a long time, it was all that was offered in our area. Internet service was always going down or cutting off, but okay. We had no contract and every year we had to haggle the price with them. Our service started out at $35 then they would raise it to $110 at the end of the year, then we haggled with them, paid $55, $65 and lastly $75. We had Xfinity for years then we heard they had cellular plans. We had Verizon for years with no issue. When we signed up for Xfinity Mobile, they were using Verizon and our bill went from $150 to $94 for three lines. THEN WE MOVED. We had to switch internet providers since Xfinity was not offered in our new home. Our Xfinity cell bill went from $94 to $181 overnight! Cancelled Xfinity Mobile, they offered no better price and no incentives to keep us.
