Title: 9-Year Customer Warning: False Promises Put My Son’s Health at RiskDo not trust Xfinity Mobile.
After 9 years and managing 3 lines, I am completely done with this company. After I dropped their home internet, they penalized my account with hidden fees. Then, a customer service representative lied to push a plan change, explicitly promising me a "6G" network upgrade—which is flat-out deception since 6G technology doesn't even exist yet.Following this fake upgrade, my service cratered to a terrible 3-bar connection, and our third mobile line completely broke with a "No SIM Card" error. This phone belongs to my son and connects directly to his Dexcom monitor to track his blood sugar. Because Xfinity killed his cellular service, his medical readings completely blacked out while he was at school, forcing me to leave work for a medical emergency.I spent 3 calls totaling 6 hours over 3 months trying to get this fixed. All they offered for leaving a child without his medical tracking device was an insulting $10 credit. Loyalty means nothing to them. Save your family the nightmare, avoid their bundle traps, and go to a carrier that won't compromise your safety or lie to your face. Stay far away.
