Absolutely horrible customer service! Took over a week to get shipped put and asked them on several occasions to just cancel my order, because I couldn’t get any responses from them on when I would receive the headlights, do not recommend using these people for anything, still trying to return the lights as I don’t even want to have anything of their’s

We purchased both a highbeam and low beam kit for our son for Christmas. The lights didn’t fit and the lights didn’t work. We made several attempts to contact customer service by phone only to be greeted with a message that indicated that their call center was closed. It didn’t matter what day or time you tried to contact them via phone you received the same message and the call hung up on you. We’ve made three separate request to get the required returned refund shipment label with no response. After our third and final attempt to receive a response back we had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB. Overall this is by far the worst on the Online shopping experience my son’s Christmas was ruined we are out $263 and this is the worst customer service ever

Shipped the bulbs that wouldn't fit my vehicle and won't answer the phone, email, or refung request. Always get message to call during business hours even during business hours. Terrible company. I view this site and business as a total fraud. Credit card payment services need to reject all future purchase attempts as fraud and refuse to process the transaction. I'm in the dispute process with my bank.

Don’t waste your money with this company they wont replace your product when there is a problem with it. They have computer generated email that keep saying they have quality issues but still advertise that same brand of light on their website. I suggest buy at amazon.com you will get your money back for sure not with xenonhids.com

They sent the wrong warning cancel plugs spent 230$ w them,I had to alter the plug to get it to go in the other plug because I need lights and I already took everything apart.what a joke contacted and wrote 4 emails and nothing at all.big name garbage and garbage service. This company will process your purchase immediately but is unresponsive when you need a return, refund, or exchange. I have been trying for over two months to get a refund for merchandise that was returned to the company back on 3 January 2020 (confirmed by USPS). Their phone line is closed during business hours, the person on the chat line says they are having problems with the phones. Yeah right! Numerous emails have been sent to their sales and support folks only to be ignored. I got the BBB involved and they made several attempts to contact the company and didn't have any luck either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

TERRIBLE experience. It is nothing but ebay products wrapped in a pretty website. Terrible customer service. They claim a lifetime warranty but you have to wait two weeks for them to process the claim. Less than a year and I have had a headlight go out twice. Complete, low quality junk. DO NOT BUY!
