Shipped fairly quickly, wrong configuration for my vehicle. Tried contacting them via email, only option, no response. Not a reputable company imo. Beware!

I was sent the wrong lights and now I am finding out that there is NO customer service.They don't respond to email and they don't ever answer the phone. If anything goes wrong this company does NOT stand behind their product. I have had to file a dispute with paypal and they still ignore me. Never again!

I had placed an order for a kit and didn't receive any tracker for 3 weeks so I called to cancel and they told me it will ship this week although I told them to cancel because the site says ships in 24-48 hours not 22 days. so I ordered LASfit from amazon and got it next day. a week later after 4 weeks from my order date I received the kit from xenon and had to pay $20 to send it back. These people refused to cancel it after I notified them its 3 weeks late and I no longer need it and they still sent it on purpose to make me pay for shipping back for canceling.

Still owe me LEDs from 2019

I feel compelled to write a review as I don’t normally 0 I would. First of all their ratings on their website are fake and generic. Phone system is no functioning. Emailed multiple times to cancel order and to speak to someone but order was sent anyway. Now I had to return items at my expense. Absolutely terrible company

I had a light and ballast both go out 5 months ago and keep getting told they don't have any and will not honor a refund or better product.

Don't waste time and money with this company I been waiting 3 months to get my replacement but they don't answer, lifetime warranty it's not true and they have a really poor quality on their products
