Low-Quality Dumbbells from Xdumbbells.com
In a recent business transaction, we purchased a substantial quantity of goods from this company. However, we have discovered that the quality of the products falls significantly short of our expectations. The return rate has been approximately 40%, which has resulted in a significant financial loss. Despite our efforts to engage with the company, we have been unable to secure satisfactory resolutions to our issues. We have invested over £50,000 in this company, and due to the subpar quality of the goods, we are now left with over £15,000 of unsalable inventory. Additionally, we have incurred substantial shipping costs for returning the goods to our business, as transporting 40 kg of dumbbells is an expensive endeavour. The consequences of this situation have been severe, leading us to the difficult decision to close our business. The company has offered to provide us with replacement parts, but they have refused to cover the shipping costs incurred from China to the United Kingdom. In light of these circumstances, we strongly advise against doing business with this company in the future.
