I purchased a lifetime subscription from XCODES IPTV, and after using the service for around two years, they suddenly stopped my subscription, claiming that they had never received the payment I made for it. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a lifetime service, kept my side of the agreement, and now I'm being told that the payment supposedly never arrived after two years of having access to the service. Unfortunately, the service itself was also far from good. I experienced constant buffering, interruptions, and a large number of channels/programs that simply did not work. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers think twice before purchasing from XCODES IPTV. Losing access to a supposedly lifetime subscription after two years, combined with the poor streaming quality and non-working channels, has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I personally would not purchase from them again, and I recommend others exercise extreme caution before spending their money here.

Service constantly buffers, screen freezes but the sound continues, picture skips, etc etc etc. They have had me delete and re download, change servers, change apps, given me different usernames and passwords, clear cache, etc etc etc, with nothing working and doing the same thing. Their customer service is about as good as the service itself. You tell them what's going on, they keep telling me to do the same things I've already done 100 times, and I keep telling them it's not working etc. Then they just don't answer you back at all. Payed for a lifetime subscription, but yet will not refund me at all because the service doesn't work at all like they say it does. And mind you my wifi runs average 300+ mps download, which is way more than the service requires. Horrible service and same with customer service. Absolute waste of money!

The site started off great and the customer care unit helped out a lot until we renewed our subscription and after a monthe each device lost connection to the server. Either the account was invalid or expired. This had happened several times before but this time the customer.servicedid not help but kept telling us that we needed to figure it out. The guy was ignorant and trust me not worth subscribing too

I bought access for two platforms. The first month service and streaming was good. Now however, it seems that they have server issues. Nothing streams without delays, not live tv, movies or series. It is so bad that it is impossible to watch a show. Extremely poor service.

I submitted multiple complaints, only to receive meaningless, generic responses that appear to be auto-generated. No real troubleshooting, no accountability, no resolution — just copy-paste replies that completely ignore the actual problem. This feels like a service that: • Is severely oversold • Has inadequate infrastructure • Has no real customer support • Relies on customers giving up rather than getting help I strongly regret subscribing and would not recommend Xcodes IPTV to anyone. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look elsewhere. There are far better IPTV providers out there — this is not one of them.

I subscribed on September 19th, and after 3 days, the service is still not working. Despite contacting them, I’ve received no real solution. Customer support has been very hard to reach in my experience. I regret subscribing — I feel like I’ve wasted time and money. Went for a trial really good. I got a 12 month subscription from them. Good selection of Movies and TV series and not much buffering on live TV. Which is good
