My experience with X Claim.com has been negative. I took out insurance cover for a show in London and after my wife had a fall was unable to attend.I filled in the claim form and at the end was asked for a medical certificate which I didn’t have . A visit to our doctors resulted in them requiring an accident form . I asked XClaim.com for a form and despite numerous requests only received AI answers. This seems a stalling tactic probably hoping I will give up . So if your taking out Insurance with them be careful . This claim started on 7/08/26 and I’m still trying to get a response. By the way you cannot phone as they only deal with emails 😬
