Terrible site!!! Maybe you will have luck. This is my fifth online casino/sports book site. They have by far the tightest slots I have seen for new customers. Nothing would hit. Games I normally play on other sites, so I know how they play...Nothing!!! This is the only site I've encounter thus far that you only get one new customer promotion. Normally you can get a casino new customer promo & a sports book promo. Not here. Their sports book is the worst I've seen. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money!!! To me this site is a dumpster fire!!!

WynnBET Massachusetts has no sense of decency. First, they penalize me for cashing out what I was made to believe was a $50 bet of my own cash. I find out later that it was bonus cash, and they then tried to claw back the funds unethically. Only after mentioning that I had a case for services not provided with my bank did they back off and make things right. Fast forward 1 day. I place a bet using the credit I got only to find out that the player I bet on to hit a home run was held out of the lineup. Now, normally any bets are returned in these situations but not here. They refuse to properly handle the bet and give back the credit. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They will find some shady way to not provide you the proper services.

Signed up. Deposited money. Tried to place a bet. Location service thing didn’t work. Downloaded the app recommended and activated all the things it said to activate. Still didn’t work. Tried the customer service chat. No helpful advice. Withdrew my money. Ain’t nobody got time for a site that doesn’t work!
