The money back guarantee? Nope! My dog suffered liquid diarrhea several times a day and lethargic from not feeling well. Response from customer service? Because it is effective in most dogs they can only offer 40% refund. What a joke!

Our 90-day warranty applies when the product is used consistently for 90 days, allowing most dogs enough time to experience benefits, but we understand every pup is different. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products, but we truly appreciate your willingness to donate unused items and are sorry this caused any stress or strain.

I ordered this to try for my 11 year…
I ordered this to try for my 11 year old Goldendoodle. I thought I’d try this and did the audio shipped. Beamer (my sweet boy) would not take the wuffles. So I thought I cancelled it. The first order was only $10.00, so I thought I’d try it. They later kept sending them and take out $56.90 in my account. I’m so sorry that I ordered through this company because they informed me that I had to try them for 90 DAYS before they could cancel my rx, even if my dog won’t eat them. I happily told them I’d return the the boxes that haven’t even been taken out of the box. They told me they could not take return that I could donate them to a shelter or give them to someone who could use them. I don’t mind that BUT I’m on a fixed income and that amount is CRAZY!!! They have only offered to refund my the last withdrawal.
I do NOT recommend this unless you have money to throw away!!! Which I have yet to receive!

Not Palatable, Satisfaction Not Guaranteed
My dog would not chew these. I ended up crumbling them and forcing her to take them for about a week, then gave up. It wasn't fair to her. I reported it to the company and was offered sympathy but no refund.

Some dogs are very smart at detecting supplements, so wrapping the chew in soft meat or a favorite treat can help make it more appealing. Killed my dog
I gave my pitbull this product for 3 months everyday without fail. After 90 days her health started declining, she was losing weight at an alarming rate. 107 days into use and we had to have her put down. She went from 80 lbs to 50 lbs rapidly. She could not walk, eat or drink. The vet said her heart and kidneys were both failing. This happend so rapidly so could not be saved. I am considering an attorney over this.

I wish there was a no star option.
I wish there was a no star option. This product is a waste of money. It quite simply doesn't work. My dog wouldn't eat them. After two months of crushing wuffes into her dog food, no change whatsoever in her joint difficulties. Also I previously cancelled this subscription but money was stolen from my account by wuffes anyway. I want that last payment returned.
