I contacted customer service shortly after my automatic order had shipped. I needed to cancel my subscription because we had to put down our dog just days previously. Once my message was received I immediately received an email from customer service with condolences and instructions on how to return the shipment which was on its way. The entire process went smoothly, and I received follow up messages often. I was very impressed by this entire interaction! Not every company would take the time to work with customers like this! I can’t recommend Wuffes highly enough!

I Feel that the wuffes company is a great group to work with. Their products are top notch and made my older dog able to walk and run around like a young dog again. The folks are very friendly and professional, they are kind and caring.

Our 12 year old yobo was really having a difficult time moving around and stopped jumping up on our couch. We ordered your product and in two weeks are seeing amazing results. We will keep him on his Wuffes. He also loves the flavor.

Three vets had told me to have a surgery where they cut the leg off the elbow, rotate the leg and put it back on. I gave her rest, UV, ice , let her walk off leash, and put her on Wuffes. She has been fine since. I tried supplements from two of the vets, way more expensive, and neither worked.

Wow, Gary—what an incredible story! 🐾 We’re so glad Wuffes helped and that your girl is doing well without surgery 💚 Thanks for trusting us and sharing your journey! –Willow at Wuffes💚
