The product works
I like the.product and everyone I recommend it to likes it. I am having problems with the product sticking together. I can't get them apart. This new jar is really bad. Also have you changed the formula it does not seem to work as good. Maybe my dogs are getting worse.

That definitely shouldn’t be happening, and we know how frustrating it can be when it’s tough to separate them, especially when you're trying to stay on track with your dog’s routine. This can sometimes occur if the chews are exposed to heat or humidity during shipping, but we’d love to make this right. As for the formula we haven’t made any changes recently, but every pup is different, and sometimes their needs can evolve over time.
