Thank you Gustavo for quickly stopping my order and subscription before it was going to be posted and shipped.

First off, I love your products. I have large breeds and they are both on the joint and hip chews. My larger male dog has already been diagnosed w/ bad knees and I am so happy with how he's been since getting him on the joint chews.

Package went missing. Great customer service and reshipped my package. The supplement really works! My 10 year old westie is no longer limping like he has a broken leg. He's much more active and is starting to move faster. It does take time though. But we've seen improvement within 2 weeks!

Customer service response was very prompt, serviced my request in both a professional and personable manner.

I never received my order it was sent to wrong address an they were very nice in helping me get it straight.

Today I received a new order of Wuffes Advanced Hip & Joint Chews. I needed to update the order to large dogs instead of small/medium. I couldn't figure out how to change the subscription and needed assistance. Ximena (customer rep) helped me and within a couple of minutes had my next order updated. It was an easy experience.

I've been using Wuffes for a few months now and I'm really happy with the service. My dog, Buster, loves the chew and he's so much healthier and happier since I started feeding him Wuffes. The customer service is also excellent. I had a question about the chew and they were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Wuffes to anyone looking for a joint chew for their dog.
