Wuffes Hip & Joint is by far the best hip/joint supplement I've ever come across in our 20+ years as dog owners. Our oldest, Casey, had extreme trouble with her hips, as well as her overall well-being. We thought we'd not have long left with Casey. But the turnaround she experienced using Wuffes is unbelievable. She seems at least five years younger (she's 11 now), with absolutely no signs of hip/joint trouble and her well-being is that of a dog half her age. We couldn't be more pleased. I won't hesitate to recommend Wuffes to anyone with older dogs needing it. Now we have no idea how long Casey will be around, hopefully several years!! We saw results in about 30 or 45 days, so just give the chews and don't stop. You'll have the same good results we have.

My 13 and 14-year-old pups have arthritis and mobility issues. Now that they've been getting Wuffes joint chews in the morning and 6 in 1 Joint Genie in the evening with dinner for several months, they move much better, are more active, and have a happy energy again! me. I somehow mistakenly ordered twice from two different email accounts & did not realize it--so when I cancelled but received more product anyway, I was puzzled. (My gmail automatically (or sometimes; I can't figure it out) toggles to my alumni account & I might not always notice.) So TWO customer service reps replied & each then figured it out independently. The only reason I canceled was because with the double orders & my ordering three at a tIme, I had too much prodct on hand. I will renew my subscription when I get low on reserves.

I got an almost immediate response to my email. I had signed up for auto ship but was unaware I signed up for monthly delivery - thinking I signed up for 3 month intervals. This was my mistake. Gustavo responded initially and offered a discount on the order that was in transit which I happily accepted. I then requested a change in the auto ship interval after which I further requested a change in the quantity. Veronica took care of those requests right away and couldn’t have been more pleasant in doing so. Again, I stress I caused the error and your representatives could not have been nicer to help resolve my problem.
