Hi I’ve been using Wuffes on my 110lb lab for three months now not only I noticed a difference so has my husband and neighbor. Our vet recommended her having knee surgery. After using this product Penny doesn’t limp she has more energy and loves to play . She is honestly a different dog. Best thing I did is to buy this product. Highly recommend. I started using Wuffes with my senior dog after years of using other big name brands. They weren't working anymore, she went from hiking 6+ miles up mountain trails and such to having problems getting on the couch. These got her back! Now, my senior cat is showing some mobility issues and the options for cats are abysmal. I decided to check and see if Wuffes were okay to use with cats, and I was very happy to hear from Aldahir that they are! He even helped me with how much she would need of the supplements I already have, since I lost my dog this year. My only critique would be to have it stated more visibly (I never found that info) on the product pages, and Maybe some guidelines for the cats feeding guidelines. Since I didn't see it on the website I almost didn't even ask. Cats deserve the best joint supplements too and hopefully more cat owners will learn about this too!

I ordered Wuffes to see if it would help my 7 year old Labrador who is having hip issues. I’ve been giving him the Wuffes for a little over a month and have started to notice a difference in his movement and energy level. Unfortunately he has developed some skin irritation and we’ve had to stop giving him the supplements to see if he’s allergic to something in them. At the same time we had to stop, our auto shipment was being processed. I contacted Wuffes and explained our situation. Veronica was very understanding and stopped our auto shipment and credited me the amount back to my credit card. She was so helpful and understanding. If it’s determined that it wasn’t Wuffes that was causing the irritation I will definitely be ordering it again. Their customer service is top notch as is their product!

When I had to cancel my subscription due to my cherished dog’s death, customer service rep Aldahir was compassionate and helpful. Thanks so much! The supplements helped keep her comfortable…but unfortunately cancer took her in the end.

I contacted Wuffes due to an unexpected subscription renewal charge, and worked with Mariana to resolve the issue. While my own user error is to fault in this situation, Mariana worked to provide multiple options for resolution that left me feeling respected and appreciated as a customer of Wuffes. So far we have loved the product and our Corgi does too. I just did not want to face a back stock of inventory and unexpected charge, and after explaining this to Mariana she proposed a few options that resolved any issue and I am excited to continue on with the product. Thank you!

My dog tore her CCL in April. We wanted her to have surgery but due to our crazy schedules and her age, it became prohibitive to do so. I started her on Wuffes in September, starting with the double dose for 30 days. The change has been remarkable. She's running again, she has stopped slipping on our tile floors, she's even being a little bit naughty again. I was so skeptical that these were going to work but they truly do and I am so very grateful I have my sweet, energetic pup back!
