Do it!
After having our dog on prescription meds that kept him relatively sedated, his quality of life as it was, to what it had been, we were considering euthanasia. He just laid there, a shell of the dog he once was. I saw Wuffus and thought, “why not” - I’m so glad I did! He’s not 100%, but he’s a solid 85%! He’s able to get on/off the couch. He’s able to go up and down the steps controlled. He’s able to romp with our other dog and overall seems happy and back to his normal self now that he isn’t taking prescriptions! Over the last several months he has lost a lot of muscle in his backend while we let a meniscus injury heal (he wasn’t a good candidate for surgery) and in doing so he lost muscle and developed arthritis, but Wuffus is helping and allows us to do a little each day to try and rebuild that muscle and strength!

Hi MIchelle! That is great news! We are thrilled to hear about the positive impact on your dog's quality of life. It's truly heartwarming to hear about the positive changes in his mobility and overall well-being. It's also great that you've been able to work on rebuilding his muscle strength and managing the arthritis. If you have any more experiences or if there's anything else you'd like to share, feel free to do so. We are here to provide support and information!
