Same thing happened to me as all of the other people with the 1 star reviews. I was signed up for a subscpriton service without my knowledge and got charged as soon as the shipment was sent. I was not given a heads up that I was going to get charged or that a shipment was about to send so I did not have any time to cancel the order. They would not let me return the product as well for a full refund, they said I would only be able to receive a 20% refund. Super disappointed with their customer service. Seems like the product has worked for some people so just stinks that the customer support isn't great :/

"See results in 90 days, or money back guaranteed" is printed on their bottles and website. BUYER BEWARE! Do not be fooled by the misrepresentation of that statement. I did not see results after following the instructions so I contacted a rep. The rep said I had to purchase the liquid form and offered a 30% discount. I explained I wasn't interested in spending more money in their products and the rep responded that was their guarantee, "to try to make it right, not to refund." I explained the product doesn't work for my dog and I am not satisfied but to no avail. The company does not refund. Satisfaction guarantee only guarantees they will attempt to rope you into spending more money in their products. The product may work on some dogs but not all dogs. They shouldn't offer a "guarantee" if they aren't going to honor it.

I ordered on June 16th and it's been sitting in California since June 22nd. When you call customer service there's nobody there they'll get back to you in a few days. Why would you order from a company with no customer service?? they wouldn't even send their request for information for the item in California it's still there according to UPS. I would definitely not try this company again and I think all the good reviews are written by the employees so they all have a job. I read their reply and obviously they have no problem with having horrible customer service and that their items do not get delivered they could not care less. If you order from them don't expect to get their product and it probably doesn't work anyway. By the way it's been a month and my product is still sitting in California. They didn't care enough to even find out why it's still there. Obviously they make their product for pennies and sell it for a lot more than that.

Update: After I wrote this review, Wuffes tried to get it taken down. And they said they would offer me a one time special circumstance 50% refund. They said their 100% satisfaction guarantee doesn’t apply to products purchased with a discount code. Not an awesome at to run a business or foster trust with customers. Original review below: Wuffes does not honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee. This company is definitely doing some less than above board business. I ordered the free trial of the Hip & Joint treats, I purchased the add on item of the Daily Probiotic at a one time discounted price. My dog would not eat the treats and I contacted the customer service to inquire about the 100% satisfaction guarantee and asked for a refund of the Probiotic. 1. They initially said no refund, since I received a free trial item with the paid item. 2. Then after a second email they said they could offer me a 35% refund and that they 100% satisfaction guarantee only applies to using products for 90 days. 3. I told them I would try the product for 90 days and then ask for refund. They then informed me I would only get a 50% refund and 50% store credit at that point. I told them I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. 4. They then offered me a 50% refund. I asked why I could not receive the full refund as started in their guarantee? 5. I was then told I would not get any refund since I purchased the product at a discount. This company has shady practices and I had to report the purchase as fraud to get my money back and also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered the free trial plus an additional bottle of Wuffes Advanced Hip & Joint Support for Large Breeds to help my dog with his arthritis. I started him on the supplements and within a few days, he started having diarrhea. The diarrhea progressed over a day from just once to non-stop bloody liquid diarrhea. I took him to the emergency vet and he was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. Obviously I discontinued the supplement. When he was all better, I started to try the supplement again. He started having diarrhea immediately again. Something in this supplement did not agree with my dog, but Wuffes does not stand behind their product and will not offer a refund unless I gave the supplement to him for 90 days. I went back and forth with the customer service and they only offered a 30% refund and refused to offer me a full refund for a product that almost killed my dog and cost thousands in vet bills. My dog is very healthy and has a strict diet that doesn't vary. I know the supplement caused his illness. I don't think asking for a full refund is out of the question. One of the bottles was not even opened. Wuffes says there's a no fuss warranty and 90 day guarantee, but if the product causes a reaction, they won't offer a full refund. I'm sure people will buy this thinking they can just try it and return it under the warranty, but you can't get your money back.

Tell me why after waiting over a week my order was redirected to another address? WTH

Do not order from this company. My dog's mobility actually worsened when I switched him to Wuffes, but I thought I would try it a bit longer since they say it takes 90 days, but... I am in the middle of an interstate move and I tried to contact their customer service to cancel an order since I could not skip it online. They were unable to help me and told me to refuse the order when it arrived, after I literally told them I am in the middle of an out of state move and am no longer at that address, and do not have a forwarding address at this time. If your order confirmation email states you can contact them prior to shipping to change your address, you should also be able to stop a shipment. If you can't do any of that, then your service is no good and you should provide a longer period in between the order and shipping. Their service was so terrible that I cancelled my account and will no longer do business with them. Based on other reviewers, I should have known not to order with them. Back to Chewy and Synovi G4 supplements which are vet recommended, a better price, and actually work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
