This company is a complete scam. I got their product and my dog had a severe reaction. I contacted them two weeks after receiving the product and they refused to issue a refund despite their "90 day money back guarantee" because they say I have to give the product to my dog for 90 days and if I don't they won't issue a refund. WHAT????

Awful Company. Ordered two weeks ago and we have received nothing. Customer service has lied about reshipping the original order 6 times. My dog is suffering, they stole my money. Worst company. Trust pilot shoukd be ashamed they have them at a 4.8. The BBB has them at a F.

I have the hip and joint supplement on a recurring shipment My dog and I love the product but I don’t finish the cannistsr before the next shipment. Unlike Chewy.com and many other companies you do not send a heads up email to give me a chance to skip our change a shipment date. And then there is no good way to contact you. I have tried for the past 2 shipments and always get an email saying it’s too late as the shipment has gone out. I am strongly considering dropping your product even though I like it

When this company started out I was happy ordering the supplements for my sweet cattle dog mix who suffers from mild hip displasia. We had them auto ship for a while and then one day the product changed drastically without warning. The packaging, the product appearance, texture, and smell changed a LOT. And my subscription order changed without any indication, from supplements for large dogs (my dog weighs 75 lbs) to “small dogs” and the price went UP! Come on.. That’s blatant bait and switch. Not cool. The old wuffes had a very pungent stinky smell that my dog could not resist. The new wuffes smell like coconut oil. And my dog could take them or leave them. I, will leave them. Boo.

Our dog seemed to like Wuffes at first, but refused to eat later shipments. Something seemed to change in the ingredients or flavor.

Ordered on Dec 8th. you are asking for a review and I have not received my order. Today is the 18th of December. I get orders in from china faster than Wuffles......

Very difficult to find a sales representative to talk to.

This company has excellent marketing which I naively fell for. I think by now I've learned to no longer fall for the products with all the positive reviews blasted all over social media, like Wuffes chews. I bought it knowing there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee as posted on their website. I have a 68 lb dog and the tub of chews I ordered stated the dosage was one supplement per day. I didn't notice any improvement. Ironically, I had to take my dog to the vet as an emergency while taking the supplement because the couldn't lift his head or sit and had a hard time walking. This was the VERY first time I'd seen him in this condition and I was pretty scared. I don't think the two were related but it is ironic. Then I did some research and found a study supporting the use of green lipped mussels for dog osteoarthritis. You can find by googling: Effect of a diet enriched with green-lipped mussel on pain behavior and functioning in dogs with clinical osteoarthritis. The conclusion of said study was that a dog at my dog's weight would need 1200 mg of green lipped mussel to show any benefit and the Wuffes has only 200 mg. After doing the math, I would need to give my dog six of the chews daily, in order to meet that requirement. This means that each container equals 5 days worth of supplement. So for one month, I would need to spend $270!! I contacted customer service and was told the best they could do is provide a 50% refund which to me is false advertising. That doesn't make it right to me per their satisfaction guarantee. I think the whole thing is misleading and the company didn't follow through on their promises. I found two other products, both around the same price but actually getting either a 30 or 60 day supply of green lipped mussel at the required dosage. Shame on you, Wuffes.
