I like your product. I do not like your prices though. I bought the laser light therapy wand. You have it advertised for $300. I got it on sale from you for $200. Then I realized I should have shopped around because I saw it on Amazon for $125. I really don't have much respect for companies that take advantage of their customers. I feel like you took advantage of me and that you should at least match the price on Amazon. You owe me $75.

They advertise these pills as a cure all for dogs. Somehow by giving your dog these it restores their walking and ability to move. After giving my dog these for months and spending hundreds of dollars, they do not work. Nor are they and different from similar brands on the market. They just play on people's emotions to sell product.

The product is good but the shipping is horrible. I even contacted their customer service department and they responded by offering to ship a replacement. Both orders state that USPS is waiting for the item to be delivered to the center to start shipping. Two weeks later I still have not received either of the shipments and USPS still says waiting for item to arrive to be shipped.

They had a good product in the probiotic and for no reason, they discontinued it. I was a happy customer buying it monthly, and now they offer a multivitamin with all kinds of things in it that my two year old dog doesn’t need. All she needed was a probiotic for her stomach for food intolerances. I already had a multivitamin and she doesn’t need joint supplements just yet so the probiotic and the price was perfect but as usual companies get greedy and they discontinue items in order to sell something more expensive, and of course the new item doesn’t work for my dog.

Product does not work for our 9 year old Vizsla. We've tried but does not work. We've tried for over two months. We wish to cancel.

The product did not help my dog at all. No improvements what so ever!!

Let's start off by saying the product is AMAZING, the customer service and shipping is one of the worse to deal with, I first made a purchase (first time) in Oct 23 only complaint from then was my package sat in GA for a week before moving, I decided to order again off a different email and it was a special at checkout I was asked to upgrade 3 more bottles for $22 a piece, I took the upgrade recieved a email confirmation for the order and went on with my day, I then recieved a email saying I had a balance still due , I check my bank statement and I see not 1 not 2 but 3 charges from wuffes for $70 more than my order was for, I reached out and got a manager RICCARDO, I explained the situation and even emailed screenshots that my account had 3 pending charges for wufffes I was than told I still had a balance due, I explained I would pay my invoice and have screenshots for all my charges resp0nded with I can cancel it and still send it out I said NO Don't change or add anything to my order it wasn't about free items it was the fact there was proof of charges yet I had a balance still due, we hung up the phone and he CANCELED MY ORDER I reached back out asking why and he stated wuffes would no longer do business with me either because I questioned charges or called him RICCARDO and not Rico he still never answered why he thought it would be best to do so, I then speak with operations manager AUSTIN and that was no helping at resolving anything. I then place another order and it has sat for a week in the same spot as my very first order GA.. I've reached out multi times and also the the ceo on Facebook getting no responses but if you leave a non positive review they will delete it no respond but delete the comment as it has never posted..

Don't risk your money here! This company offered me a discount to subscribe for autoship and I signed up for EVERY 60 DAYS. It's now been just under 30 days and they hit my account for $90!! I emailed them right away and their response was that I only had 2 hours to respond to the initial order confirmation email, which was sent to me at 3:24 AM! This is extremely underhanded and downright fraudulent. Now they've emailed me offering a 25% discount. On an order that I never authorized because they decided to process it 30 days early! I'll need to open a case with my bank since they refuse to right this wrong. Oh and my dog won't eat these treats so no telling if they work cause he hates them. I would have canceled my subscription if I'd had the chance . Shame on this company. People can't afford to have 90 dollars just taken from them.
