Hi Kay. We first want to apologize for the allergy your pup had with Wuffes. Let me please explain how to 90 day warranty works. This warranty can only be applied if you use Wuffes for 90 full days and after those 90 days, you still see no results. We cannot apply this warranty sooner than that. When you made the initial purchase order, we informed you that the free sample and discounted products could only be claimed if you join the subscription. This is why you were charged again.

As much as we would like to sell a magic pill that will help out our furry friends from one day to another, that unfortunately doesn't exist. Wuffes, like any supplement, requires time, patience and discipline and with time you eventually see improvements, life changing and significant improvements. This is why we encourage you to use the product for a full 90 days before determining if it worked for your pup.
