Same result as multiple people on this site. My dog will not eat these chews. He did 2 times and then threw up. I was told to hide it in his food, so I did that in small little pieces and he tried to eat around that part. The part that he did eat made him sick.... again. NEW UPDATE: after a few days of taking the customer service advice and finding creative ways to get him to eat it, he now has massive amounts of blood in his stool. I should have trusted that when my dog doesn't want something is not right for him. So let's add a vet bill to the money I am not being refunded on these treats! When I asked about the "guarantee" i was told it's not valid because I didn't try for 90 days. So I'm supposed to force feed my dog something that makes him sick for 90 days..... that's cruel. Your product didn't work for me, I want a refund as advertised. I was fully prepared to be a very loyal customer if this worked because my little guy is worth the price. I was blown off like some Karen and given a ten dollar refund which pretty much covers tax and a couple bucks. Then I was ignored and not responded to. Horrible customer service and misleading guarantee. Many people are having issues feeding this to their dog, own the issue and make things better for honest people!

Not a trustworthy company in my opinion. They are very tricky with their subscription services. When I reported to them that the product had made my dog sick, they said I could not return it because they could t trust the product after it left their hands. So basically, they can sell an inferior or even harmful product and take no responsubility. . Horrible way to treat customers who are trying to care for their dogs - also why does the product make a dog vomit? Bad company…bad product.

Beware of this company. Wuffes will NEVER let you leave. They set you up on a subscription and are difficult - even saying you didn't cancel - and charge your credit card without a call, text, email.... nothing to alert you. I contacted Wuffes immediately when I was notified by my bank and Wuffes REFUSED to cancel, even though they had NOT SHIPPED. Then they have refused to accept their product back, even though the box shipped is UNopened. I'm out $158. Your in for life if you use this company. BEWARE. Order 38647884. I ripped them on Facebook. Sent this same review to many potential customers on Facebook. Reported them to my bank, who pressured the heck out if them. Yeah, 24 hrs later and they are ready to make an 'exception ' to refund me. Haven't received it yet..... As of May 1st, even tho Wuffes claims to have refunded me.... NO REFUND RECEIVED.

My 8 year old dog was having hip issues. We tried the product, I was willing to give it a thorough test run. We were on our second delivery of chewies. My vet relayed that there was no research saying that glucosamine would have a positive impact on her joints. I also noticed no difference in my dogs joints. I requested a refund and was told that I could not return the two unopened chewable containers because I had taken them out of the box they were delivered in. I asked about the 90 day refund and was told that I hadn’t completed the full 90 days and therefore could not get a refund. Currently waiting for another response. Frustrated that I wasn’t immediately met with “of course we can refund you.” Post response: I am happy to wait the 90 days to request a refund.

Our dogs have not been a fan of the products from Wuffes from day 1. We did all the things they recommend, breaking up the chewable, giving it with food, etc. Giving it with food worked for about a week, then our dogs started refusing their food. Then before we could get through 1/4 of the product the chews got rock hard so we couldn’t even use them. The worst part is they don’t provide any kind of notification when the next shipment is going to be coming so unless you know that you will get surprise shipments and charges. I had forgotten about the subscription because it was every 90 days, so when I got the surprise shipment I immediately cancelled the subscription. Then reading the 90 day guarantee I reached out to customer service stated we just received it ( we couldn’t reject it because it is via FedEx so unless we sat at our front door all day it was impossible). The box hasn’t been opened and they said too bad we don’t accept returns but we can off 25% off. So their 90 days is a scam. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware. It may work for some but it is not for all and they will do NOTHING to make it right.

BUYER BEWARE! Wuffles is not an honest company. If you buy them, and your dog does not like them or they make your pet sick, you cannot return for 90 days! They will offer to send you another product to try and offer to give you a whopping 30% off, maybe. Like I’m going to try and force my dog to keep taking a product that makes them sick or refuse to eat, just so I can abide by their ridiculous 90 day ‘guarantee’. Hell no! UPDATE: They refunded 50% of my money now. I’m so irritated, because my response would have been … ‘NO THANKS. I’ll wait the 90 days and you can refund 100%!!’ However, I highly doubt they honor their policy even after 90 days.

Terrible customer service. Sent 2nd autoshop in 12 days . Was on 40 day autoship and intended to cancel. All you get are pre written responses, nothing that pertains to your situation. Chat is all AI. Email AI and phone is rude. Out 90 dollars for something I don't want , my dog hates them.

My dog won’t eat these supplements. I was really hoping they would help with his stiff joints, but I can’t even force them down his throat. I now have 6 containers of expensive supplements in the cupboard that I’ll have to give away.
