Donna, sweet Stellaluna 💚 A Belgian Malinois rescue who is fast, agile and absolutely incredible to watch, she sounds like the most magnificent girl. And the fact that you chose to be proactive rather than waiting for problems to show up is honestly the smartest and most loving thing you could do for her. Thank you so much for trusting Wuffes with her journey, we are so honored to be part of keeping her at her best for as long as possible!

That is wonderful to hear! We work hard to make our supplements taste good so dogs look forward to taking them, and it makes us so happy to know your pup enjoys them. No more struggles at mealtime, just easy support for her joints and health. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Veronica at Wuffes

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for sharing your experience. We are very glad to hear you find our product great, and we truly appreciate your suggestion. We understand your concern about the subscription being unclear during checkout, and we apologize that you were enrolled without realizing it. We do offer both one-time purchase and subscription options, and we are always working to make that choice more visible and easier to select. Subscriptions do come with a discount, but we agree that customers should always have the clear option to buy as needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—it helps us improve. If you ever need to adjust or cancel your subscription, just email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it immediately. Veronica at Wuffes

Karin, first of all we are so happy your little old lady loves them and they are helping her 💚 And you are completely right, once it leaves our hands we have limited control but that is absolutely no excuse when your girl is counting on that delivery arriving on time. We are so sorry she has gone 4 days without and we want to make this right immediately. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and we will take care of you right away, your girl should never have to go without Wuffes
