I received great customer service today. It was fast and easy. The robot assistant wasn’t able to and quickly sent me to a customer service representative who was. One, two, three problem solved. Or so I thought…a few days later, I received my order the changes to the order were not made. I am very disappointed and had to spend extra money because I opened the box ( Wuffes doesn’t accept returns if you open the box, even if the product are sealed).

They claim in order to get your 1st order at a discount that you need to sign up for automatic re order then in 2 weeks after you get your 1st order they charge you for a second order. Read the fine print before you purchase. Good luck.

Terrible customer service. Our 16 year dog become very ill so we canceled the product, we received a new box the day he died so I called to return. I was told to mark it "RETURN TO SENDER", I did and when I never received a refund, I was told I needed to return registered mail or with tracking. This is very different from the original email. We are suffering with a loss and don't need this stress and headache... not a dog friendly company!!

I made an initial order of one container of Wuffes. I intentionally did NOT subscribe to their monthly service, waiting to see the results after the first container. In two weeks, I was billed for another $41, telling me another shipment is being prepared. I immediately responded that I did NOT order any more, demanding an immediate refund to my credit card. I was told it was too late; that the shipment went out.

Unfortunately my dog doesn't like the taste and won't eat them, despite being extremely food motivated. He'll eat everything in his bowl and leave the Wuffes untouched :(

I ordered this product and was overly hopeful that it would work. My dog hates it and is refusing to take it or anything that I attempt to hide it in. I contacted customer service regarding the issue to go ahead and send back. I knew that I could not send the open container, but I could send the other containers unopened back or donate. I clearly was not 100% satisfied within the 90 day window - WELL within. The first response was that they could send me a 25% refund. Absolutely unacceptable. The terms at purchase were 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE or your money back. That is not my money back. The next response was as follows. Thank you for contacting us today "The 90-day warranty is a satisfaction warranty. This means that the warranty is used to ensure we try everything with your pup before we completely decide it didn't work, we normally take steps depending on the situation, like changing to the joint liquid instead of the chews, or trying more chews if there was another problem. In this case, I can gladly apply an additional 35% refund on the last order as we always encourage the donation to local shelters or foundation. If there is anything else you need, please let us know" So, basically, they want me to pay more to determine if I am REALLY not satisfied and then see if they will honor what they say. Nope. I am REALLY not satisfied with their company as a whole because they are being deceitful. This is terrible business. Beware of this!!! On the previous email they also told me that they cancelled my subscription - I didn't have one - I made a one time purchase. And...they stated that my pet's health was always of their mind. If that is the case, why would you want me to continue to force something that he clearly hates and causes him to refuse his regular food?? This company is terrible. Stay away. They will not honor their policy that ropes you in to purchase. I have found that Flexadin Advanced with UCII is a fantastic product and their company is INCREDIBLE to deal with. Head over that way!!!

I ordered a one time purchase of Wuffles supliment. It didn't seem to have any affect at all on my dog. But now I am being charged repeatedly and cannot get any response from this company. DONT bother!!! They responded with feel free to reach out to us. But I tried and there was no answer except to this review.

On 5/18 I placed an order for laser therapy device & Wuffes charged my credit card $302.09. I never rec'd acknowledgment of order; order is also not listed under my acct on wuffes website. I purchase wuffes joint chews. I called 1-833-498-3337 cust service no. No one answers phone. Lm & no one called back. I finally reached cust service rep at 307-317-4913. She was unable to send me order confirmation using wuffes website or place order confirmation under my account. After lengthy time on phone I now have usps info. But item still has not shipped. Only action Wuffes has accomplished is to charge my credit card for order they do not acknowledge.
