Our monthly subscription was sent but never received, I reached out to Wuffes customer service team and Mariana was able to help right away! She sent a replacement within a few minutes! She was great to work with, thank you! P.S. their product is amazing! Our pup Olive had bad knee pain and nothing seemed to work, we have been using Wuffes for a year and a half now and she is like a new pup! Love their products!!

Great costumer service

I originally ordered the product because I have a fur baby who suffered a fce in the winter of 2022. He has worked very hard to come back from it, but I noticed that he was still displaying that he was in pain ( slowly moving when getting into the sitting or lay down position. He was still having a hard time jumping onto my bed or into my vehicle). So I tried the Wuffes, and in less than 60 days, I've already have noticed a change in his personality and Mobility for the better. But then I saw a charge on my account that I didn't understand. I contacted Wuffes, but they misunderstood my question and canceled my subscription. I wrote back right away to let them know I did not wish to cancel my subscription, and they right away renewed it, answered all of my questions, and even made sure I still received the subscription special when I renewed. What I like best is that I'm not being answered by a bot, but an actual person is responding to my questions. Their customer service agents are very knowledgeable about the product, and this company shows that they truly care about their customers and their fur babies. I love this product and I love what it's doing for my medium to large breed fur baby.

Started the joint supplements on my 8 year old, 85lb labradoodle 3 months ago. He is no longer struggling to stand from lying down and now can run around like he used to without pain.

My 10 year old Lab/Rotweiler mix has been using the inflammation chews for years and I can’t tell you what a difference it has made. We rescued him from Animal shelter and he had a broken leg from previous a-hole that threw him against the wall so he has definite pain from that and these chews are amazing and help him so much - I can’t recommend them enough!

Customer service is incredible. Unbelievably fast and very helpful. Customer service makes or breaks an experience with a brand to me and this is a company I will be coming back to.

There was an issue with my shipping address for my subscription order. It took a LOT of back and forth but eventually the wuffes team agreed to send a replacement shipment to the correct address. Very thankful for their help on this because the product does wonders for my senior dog and I rely on them as part of his daily routine. I’m giving them 5 stars for the product and eventual resolution I just wish that we could have gotten to that point faster and not had to exchange nearly 20 emails.
