I have great results for my dog Remi with this product, his bone joint disorder seems to have relief and he is more mobile . One order however didn’t make it due to the outdoor shippers or something went wrong, but customer care was great at helping me out. I see great results in my old dog , so I’m very happy all in all.

Recently my elderly dog passed away. In my sadness, I forgot to cancel her next Wuffes delivery, When I realized another Wuffe delivery was underway, I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription. After receiving the Wuffes representative's heartfelt condolences, I learned I could receive 100% refund by refusing this next delivery. Thank you for being such a caring and kind company. And I love your customer service! Christine

Juan was very kind when acknowledging my dog’s passing. As I have no other dogs he refunded my order and canceled my subscription. I was very appreciative. Cindy

Although I'm very satisfied with the Wuffles product I've bought several times, I needed to temporarily cancel my auto-renew or auto-payment arrangement while I make some banking account changes. Saul was extremely helpful in quickly (even over a weekend) handling this and even offering me a partial refund on a product already shipped (which I declined since I really like the product). I'll definitely be a customer again soon, and recommend Saul for a raise!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear how satisfied you are with our products and that Saul was able to assist you so efficiently—even over the weekend. It’s great to know he went the extra mile to ensure your needs were met. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him (and the raise suggestion too 😉). We look forward to having you back as a customer soon, and we’re always here whenever you need us. Thanks for being a part of the Wuffes family! 🐾
