I recently ordered Advanced Hip & Joint Support for Large Dogs. I marked on my calendar to check my subscription status to remind myself to cancel my order if we weren’t seeing any results. Today I received an email that my next order has been processed and my account was charged. I immediately reached out to customer service to cancel this as the order price is nearly triple my original order. They said it was too late to cancel but they could give me a 20% discount on my next order. What am I missing? I don’t even want this order! This is a public service announcement to not order from this company unless you’re going to cancel your subscription after the first week you receive their product. I know this is a way for customers to get repeat business, but in my opinion, it’s stealing out of my pocket and I don’t appreciate it especially when you tell me you can’t give me my money back for a product that I don’t want! Also, you can’t speak to a customer service Representative immediately you have to send an email and then they will respond to you within 1 to 3 hours. Wuffes, your customer service is horrendous. I would not recommend your company nor your products to anyone! Buyer beware!

I buy this product give to my dog 3 times after that she start vomit and I have to bring her to dr . I pay this product only one time and auto this company put me in membership I do not ask . Send other product again after 2 months and charge again call them to returned but I have to pay for the delivery my self to them return my money to.cr car . So I have to pay delivery back bc I open box and this company they said they are not reponsible for this . Jcp other words you take or take or paid and lost

If I could do a negative rate I would. This company will put you on an automatic reorder subscription without your knowledge, until it is to late. I specifically ordered one tube of joint support of which I got at a promotion rate. I was not aware and nor did it explain clearly that the rate meant I would be automatically signed up for subscription. Now only to be told I can not get a refund as the product had already been shipped(which is not true). I called DHL and they had not received the package yet. The response I got from Wuffes help line was "I'll have my supervisor call you in an hour or 2. Probably just long enough to actually physically ship the product so they can say, oh well, sorry the product has shipped so to bad. I am so sick of companies like this taking peoples hard earned money on some B.S. auto refill they get signed up for secretly!!!!! DO NOT buy from this company!!!! They will take your money and give you the run-around!!!! Update(13Aug2024): the first person I spoke to was not much help at all. Just kept telling me there wasn't much he could do(I didn't feel like there was a whole lot of effort either) other than a partial refund and only did a partial pass down of info to the Supervisor. The Supervisor heard the complete story and offered a complete refund of which I am grateful. Thank you for understanding.

I have tried for days to order this product, filled out profile multiple times and was ready to order but it took me back to quedtionare. So frustrated! Help!

Hell no. I JUST received my package. 4 days ago. I was on the trial. I cancelled it and they ALREADY charged my card $50 AGAIN. I just got my first one . DO NOT DO THE subscription.

Signed up with a deal to try it out - money back guarantee, all that stuff. Was no better than what I was already using so I was going to cancel. Without notification, they billed me twice my original price and shipped the next package. I emailed them within hours of getting the billing/shipping notification, they said - too late, can't stop it. They said I should refuse delivery - you can't do that with FedEx... well, turns out it was last mile by USPS. So they said, take it to USPS and refuse delivery. So I did - well, there is no 'tracking number' to provide Wuffes, so guess what - no product - and out $100. They refuse to acknowledge they received the returned product PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I've done business with online shops for 24 years and never have I seen such deceitful practices in shipping. They couldn't be bothered to do an RMA and pre-paid shipping label like the rest of the planet. Either way, the product is no better than standard glucosamine for half the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam business. Update: So now I get only half of what I paid and NO product because I did exactly what I was told to do. "Refusing delivery" ONLY hurts the customer. Don't trust any company that relies on this as your return policy. Of course you have wait 90 days - because then you're out $250 and no recourse. Good marking plan! If you're a criminal. If I can prevent others from doing business with you - then my other half is worth it. Glad I can sleep at night knowing I don't scam my customers.

The product arrived after my dog died. I requested a return/refund with no response. Left a very polite message on their facebook page asking for an email back, they deleted it and blocked me.

Don’t buy from them ripoff artists scam alert they just keep charging people without a subscription.
