Monica Torres Zamora was very helpful. I honestly had emailed, chatted and left vm with little to no satisfaction. Monica was very helpful and explained that I should refuse delivery and a full refund would be issued within a few hours of the refusal for order#1389175. Everyone else basically advised there's little they could do. Not acceptable. I deal with chewy who has exceptional customer service. You should follow their model. Monica did
